I needed my rental water tank replaced but the way the builder had set up my furnace, there was very little room to put in new pvc venting. The service men had to leave and they were going to send other techs in a week, and it was going to be very costly. A half hour later, they came back because they had come up with a plan as long as my husband could run out to home depot and buy a few things. Bada boom, bada bing! Done. Only cost was materials. Great guys.

Absolutely horrible service rude tech that shut the gas off for sketchy reasons left a senior with no heat or hot water they tried to force me to install a new rental water heater I told them to stick it and went with another company

I don't know what sort of deception enbridge has going but their customer service is atroches. I have lived in my home for a year and from day of set up I told them to take my bills from my bank account so I didn't have that worry ok.
So they say pay first bill and send us void cheque with bill stub. Easy enough. Enclosed said info in their self addressed envelope and dropped in a mailbox. To find out two months later nothing went through.
So I call and say what happened money wasn't taken. They say mail in cheque with bill stub and pay bill. So I do and I do again. Waiting waiting busy working and see oh no money taken again.
So again I call. Again I am told they did not receive my cheque. By now I'm annoyed. Where are these envelopes going that they can't even process these payments properly. Makes me wonder who they have working for them and worried about my personal information. But again I pay and send them the information they require.
I call in a few weeks later to confirm that they received my information and everything is good and again they say no they received nothing. Fed up I say fine I will just pay the deposit and done.
I started paying biweekly to bring the bill down. Paying over a g in a month then having them tell me without notice that I am being disconnected Monday. It's Friday afternoon. My remaining balance is 590$ and they say pay in two weeks or have no service.
Wow total deception. I have no choice but to have gas and not only is their customer service atrochis but they are the only company I have ever come across that doesn't do payment arrangements. These people are cold with no feeling for you or your life. Worst company to deal with ever. More than disappointed. And the supervisor Donnie I was dealing with was so unprofessional and impossible to work with. How he received his position I do not know.
Anyway I paid their stupid friggen bill taking from my children's mouth for their mistake which sucks but now it's done. I don't know what deception they have going but it's unfortunate they can't do something simple like process payments and check their mail.

I reside on Kerwin rd...all but 9 houses on our street are able to have gas furnaces...several yrs ago we all received letters from Embridge that they were putting lines in our area...they did but left out 9houses on Kerwin....WHY? I recently called them (because I now can afford to buy my new furnace to have gas come into my home) Now they tell me Good I called at the right time...there's a DEAL going on, I can get the line put in as far as my gate for$6000!!!! Why is it a DEAL AT $6000 when it was done for the rest of the homes for FREE???? THIS IS NOT RIGHT...THEY SAID THEY WERE DOING IT NOW THEY WANT THE REST OF US TO PAY!! SIMPLY NOT RIGHT AND CERTAINLY NOT FAIR!!

I want to let people know about the great service Enbridge has given me. I have a property where an enbridge easement runs through. They have come over many times to discuss putting in a pool, boundaries and so on. Very friendly informative service, and extremely accomodating. Thank you so much!

I smelled gas so I called to report it. A technician shows up a few hours later and turns our gas off and says he will be back in a bit. 18 hours with no heat or hot water, IN NOVEMBER, and 5 phone calls (1 to a "manager" who did nothing), a different technician showed up to finish the job. He says two things, first that he had JUST gotten the call even tho I had been assured several times someone was on their way, the second is that the gas should have never been turned off! Because we have no chimney there is a tube that releases a small amount of gas when the furnace starts which is normal. He said this is the most common reason people smell gas and the first thing the first tech should have looked for BEFORE turning off the gas. Morons.

I've been an Enbridge customer for many years. I've never experienced an interruption in service. Their billing has been accurate and the bills are clear and easy to read. I find the additional pamphlets included with their bills to be very informative.

They replaced our gas meter recently as part of a proactive maintenance program they have. I like that they do that, but unfortunately the new piping comes uncomfortably close to our back yard gate.

We had unknowingly developed a leak under the kitchen sink.
After wiping it up and trying to stop the water with a pail I remembered that we had plumbing protection plan.
I called and the lady on the other end listened and said she could get someone there the next day which was relatively quick as it was a slow leak.
As told, the technician arrived during the specified time, came in did three twists of the pipe and explained that the pipe had come loose and how to fix next time if needed.
He was very polite and didn't make me feel foolish...I now know what to look for if there is a next time.

The service was done extremely well. I would recommend Enbridge - afterall they specialize in their products. The technician came on time, price was reasonable and i have a peace of mind having someone look after the furnace that specializes in furnaces.

I had them come out to inspect our a/c as it wasn't blowing cold air.

They determined that there was a small leak, repaired it, and put me on the service plan - so that future repairs (if any) would be covered.
