Service wise i have not gotten much either because the staff was not around or they were too busy. Selection and price though can't be beat. If you know what you want and you don't mind the self service, this is the place to go.

The agent there really help me matching colour. They gave me advise on tone and shade of colour. They even teach me how to do different finishing. Now my living room is the topic of the conversation whenever friends come over visit.

I bought 600 worth of gift cards from Home Depot and they did not honour 100 worth of it because of a computer error. I was very disappointed with the staff and that they would not call the manager to assist. Customers should not be left in the cold when there is a computer error with their computer system

Staff at HD are knowledgeable and walked me through how to pick my trimmer, blower and even little things like sprinklers and various accessories. They do not just provide product features but give me tips and tricks how to maintain a golf-green lawn!

It is a good idea to go to Home Depot if you are a beginner of DIY project. They offer great tips, although you are paying a little bit more.

We had our kitchen remodeled using Home Depot. They came to do the measurements and when the cabinets and counter was delivered, the installers came to install. They were very professional.

I had found a fabulous phone table at an antique show that had unfortunately been painted black somewhere in its life. I went to Home Depot with basically no knowledge about stripping paint off wood (other than that it could be done) and the man who helped me spent half an hour at least showing me which stripper to use so that I could strip the legs as well as the top and explaining how to do it. My fabulous phone table looks great thanks to their service!

Though there was some confusion with the type of flooring I wanted, after that was resolved, the workers from home depot were pretty good with their service. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and would use them again.
