0 stars actually. I purchased a couch in January from the Coquitlam location. I dealt with Sharda. The in store experience would have been great if I was not filled with dishonesty. I paid extra for insurance (500) and within 3 months the sectional I purchased was completely falling apart. I was told the covers were washable, and they become destroyed and pilled after being washed. I reached out to Sharda in March as I was highly disappointed and she offered someone coming out to fix the couch. Its not fixable and I wasted two thousand dollars. A complete waste of money. Please go somewhere more reputable as Im certain they get their reviews right after the sale while the furniture is brand new. When I reached out to Sharda she was willing to do absolutely nothing. I plan on escalating this and also going to BBB with a claim. I hope you dont waste you money here.

We have kept in contact with AMRISH Surrey location to be exact. Through out the process we have made several calls about our purchase he always says we are busy or never answers or we leave a message with the reception for him. We still have yet to receive our toss pillows, we do understand the first fabric we chose was discontinued after we put our order in and after the multiple calls to check on our order, then you tell us it’s discontinued and to choose another, and we do. We had placed this order in June of 2020 it’s been 5 month and this is there service. We also had issues with the sizing of our coach. He said he would come to our how to see if the sizing was correct. But he was a NO SHOW. We spent over $7000. We would have spent more. We gave him plenty of time to make it right. Next stop BBB.

I love this store. They have a very nice selection of items. I like it more that the competition because the prices are more reasonable and affordable. I purchased a coffee table a few months ago and I am very happy about the quality of it. This company is highle reccommended.
