My spouse and I purchased a Pratt as our starter home in Barrie a few years ago- it seemed like quite a daunting task and we were completely overwhelmed at the start of the process. After researching the area we came across Pratt and decided to look further as we felt you could get the most for our money- the best decision we ever made.

Walking into the sales office for the first time we were extremely apprehensive and had no idea what to expect, but as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with an enthusiastic sales team that took the pressure out of the experience and eagerly listened to what we were looking for. We narrowed down what it was we were looking for and were extremely satisfied with the honest guidance and suggestions made our way- never once was upgrading pressured, which was reassuring as a young couple with not a lot of money to spend.

After completing the purchase phase, we were delighted with the excited nature of Cynthia the Colour Consultant. She made the process comfortable and pulled together my spouses completely opposite tastes, creating a home that was inviting, comfortable and equally us through and through. To date, we still have the design book on our coffee table that Cynthia brought as a welcome home gift- thank you again!

There were a few minor fixes we needed to have repaired after the first year which we were educated that they were to be expected due to settling. A couple screw pop repairs were all we needed, but were treated equally as important with the after sales service- Ramona was extremely knowledgable and answered any questions we had promptly.

Whenever we stopped by- whether it be at the office or driving by the site- the team were always extremely well mannered, friendly and eager to say hello. You can surely tell that they treat their employees right, and the entire team's demeanour has such a positive energy.

Needless to say, we had a delightful experience with Pratt Homes for our first home, and are excited for the next phase of development happening in the future for when we are ready to trade up.

Pratt Homes is a great company. Ever since we moved to Barrie 32 years ago we've lived in a Pratt and have honestly never had a single problem. We've lived in two detached homes and now a condo and each time we've purchased we've been delighted with the home. This last home we purchased directly from Pratt and the people we met and worked with we outstanding. They were always happy to see us and couldn't do enough for us. We received lots of contact with updates on the progress of our home and even had one of their staff drop by and welcome us when we moved in. Then, around Christmas time, they stopped by with a Ginger Bread house for us It's these small things that made us truly feel respected as customers.

If you're looking to relocated, look at Pratt first. If your experience is anything like ours, you'll be very impressed.

We had a Pratt home built and absolutely love our home. We have been very pleased from start to finish with the entire experience with dealing with this builder and their staff. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the interior design consultant was a pleasure to deal with, our home truly looks and feels exactly how we hoped. My Fiancé & I came across Pratt Homes Fall of 2013, upon visiting the model home & meeting with Bruno & Stephanie, we were beyond pleased. We were so anxious to purchase our very first home together & we knew that the Manhattan Development was the absolute perfect fit for us. She is such a lovely & passionate person who made our experience not only so much fun but memorable. The colour selection Cynthia guided us with for our condo was incredible – there was such a selection that the possibilities were endless! Cynthia was able to take our vision & turn it into a dream design. We received updates on our condo with pictures & a brief overview of what stage the development was at. This was such an awesome feature as we have been able to watch our condo be built from the outside & inside. We are so grateful we decided to pick Pratt Homes to experience in on this journey with us & we look forward to seeing our place very soon, all complete & looking beautiful. A few yrs ago we decided that it was time to downsize. We began our search for our condo. We looked at different condos within the Simcoe County ara, but once we discovered the Manhattan Development, the location was perfect for us.
After looking at all the models we decided that the 3 bdr was the most suitable for our needs. The lg windows allow natural light to flood the rooms.
The Sale Staff, Bruno & Stephanie, always had a welcome smile for us on our numerous visits to the model so we could measure & plan our layout.
Through Cynthia, we got weekly updates & pictures as our condo was under construction. We looked forward to these updates weekly. This service was above & beyond what other Builders offer.
Cynthia worked with us & was extremely helpful in the selecting of our colours & upgrades. The end result was a well co-ordinated comfortable home.
We have been living here for 3 mths. & Pratt- Hansen Service People, through Ramona, have been quick to respond to any service needs.
