I ordered a coffee table in March, told me I would have it at the end of April.
It only arrived at the end of June. When we got it home we realized it was darker than what it looked like on the internet. The sales people were arrogant, rude and thought they were doing me a big favor by giving me a refund since I was not satisfied. Buyer beware!! You have 5 days to return merchandise and if the box is opened, forget it.
I like their furniture but I do not like the personnel nor their return policy.

In late August 2011 I ordered a shelf unit and paid a deposit of $100, for which I was given a receipt. I was told the shelf would arrive in a week and was advised to keep my receipt. I was also told that once it was assembled the shelf could not be returned. Because of this I had second thoughts and two or three days later cancelled the order. Upon returning to the store for the refund of my deposit I discovered that I had lost the receipt. I wasn't too worried because I knew that the store had a copy of the transaction. It turned out, however, that the receipt was vital: without it there was no way that I could get a refund. Worse, they told me that they weren't even obliged to give me a store credit, but would do so out of the goodness of their hearts. I find this policy totally unacceptable.

I recently bought several Stuctube pieces for my living room and office. I LOVE my furniture and have received so many compliments on it - people think I hired a professional interior designer! The service was fantastic as well- very professional, friendly, and prompt. I will definitely be buying from Structube again.

I purchased this bed a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that I am very impressed. They came to deliver the bed when they said they would which a lot more then I can say for most companies that keep you guessing as to when the delivery might arrive. The instructions were VERY easy to follow and the bed was assembled in no time. The construction and quality are very impressive considering the price I paid. I would certainly recommend Structube and plan on furnishing the rest of my bedroom from them.

I have purchased the Tazo Bed for my wife and I and we really love it. It's very modern and it was really easy to assemble. I have also purchased night tables and two dressers which are very nice and compliment the room nicely. Our bedroom now looks like a structube showroom!!!

The furniture is nice but the assembly is a big pain!! I recommend paying the extra money to get it all assembled..The woman at the cash told me it would take about half hour to assemble each item..not bad i thought. Wrong! The instructions were lame and it took 2 of us about 5 hours to assemble 1 bureau!! Some of the instructions where wrong and we had to actually drill a whole through one of the metal legs for the bureau (it was missing)...After figuring out everything, the two night stands were much easier but still took about an hour and a half each. Lots of screws. THEN... I bought this in July and they said that the other bureau would come in the first week of september..It is now the 1st week of November and i am still waiting for my bureau!!! Imagine..i'm still waiting to have a complete bedroom set so i have to manage to fit everything in 1 bureau for now! The last time i spoke with Stuctube personel, they told me that they would receive it the last week of October. NO news...Nov.4th..grrrrrrrrr! I want some sort of compensation!!

I spent all day Saturday awaiting a furniture deliver which did not come. The delivery guys claimed to even have come my apartment door and could see through the door that someone was at home but not answering any of their three knocks. This version of events isn't true - the concierge and security confirmed that there was no record of them signing into the building, it is against security policy to escort delivery people - they would not have been allowed in - the resident has to come down to reception, and my door is solid wood! I am now forced to pay a 2nd delivery fee - even if I cancel my order I would have to pay a delivery fee for the furniture to go back to the warehouse in Montreal! Despite being able to PROVE that the delivery guys version of events wasn't true, Andra the store manager seemed completely uninterested. Avoid.

I was lured by the look of this stores' furniture and purchased a Dinner table, 4 chairs a sofa and a coffee table. They all came in pieces with very bad packaging, without a manual and with some pieces defective.
In my life, I've assembled a variety of items together and I believe that I'm very good in assembling furniture but this experience has been a nightmare. I had to start over and over again... It took me almost 4 hours to assemble 4 chairs, more than 5 hours to build the dinner table and when I assembled the sofa, I had to add some wood under the sofa to be sure that the legs are well supporting the structure. But when it came to build the coffee table, it all went wrong. After 3 hours of hard work, I realized that it was impossible to build or correct it. The metallic legs are defective and there is no way to repair it: the holes in the wood are not in front of the one on the legs and the legs are not straight and parallel... I called the company to return the table... they just told me that they have to call Montréal to see if they can accept the item... and I cannot return it to the store and have to wait for the delivery guy to come in and pick up the table... for God sake, I've to lose another half a day to wait for these imbecile to come and pick up the table. Then I've to go to the store and claim the money...

Amazing.

I wonder if they are a member of Better Business Bureau. I've never ever returned a purchased item in my life... i've never called a customer service (this company doesn't even have a central customer service) and never wrote a negative review on anybody... But this time, it is too much and they went too far...
