Mel, Henry and the entire crew did a fantastic job in replacement of our boiler. A CO2 leak from our old (25+ year) boiler prompted me to call World of Comfort. Mel was on-site the next day and conducted a detailed analysis of my various options. The quote they provided was also the most reasonable from all that I received. I decided to proceed with a complete replacement given the age of my boiler. Anyways, the team from World of Comfort did a great job with the install and provided me with a wealth of information regarding how to take care of the new unit. At the same time they also connected my radiant floor heating system. I would definitely recommend World of Comfort for your heating/cooling needs.

July 8, 2013 we were hit hard by the torrential rains and sewer backup in our basement. The water ruined our furnace. We called World of Comfort. Tim came out immediately to assess the furnace and gave us a quote. Within a few days, we had a new furnace installed. The price, service, installation and caring were exceptional. Mel is one heck of a friendly guy. He was good at working with me on a solution for a couple of tricky points. His crew were very efficient, did exactly what was asked, and were very clean. They capped a chimney vent the old furnace was using, and also broke down my old furnace to move it out. The high efficiency furnace runs great, and I'm happy with the job on the Rinnai tankless as well. I'll use them again for sure.

I called Mel up to clear a RED tag that the gas company had put on my hot water tank. Mel was able to come out the next day and clear the TAG. He confirmed the appointment in the morning before he came out and was on time. He was professional, respectful and courteous. I plan on using his company in the future to inspect my gas furnace.
