I would highly recommend Glenwood Chimney Repair. Rudy was very professional and courteous. He provided a detailed written quote and kept me informed during the entire process. He completed the project on time and with an excellent level of quality.

Our brick front steps were coming loose with broken mortar and frost damage to the adjoining house brick. We had it repaired previously at some expense but the job was very poorly done. We called the contractor back and he begrudgingly did an even worse job. We called Glenwood and got a prompt response and a reasonable estimate. The job was done within a week; on time, on budget as promised. It actually looked better than I could have hoped, in part because Glenwood went above and beyond requirements of the contract. Neighbours have asked for Glenwood's number.
It was a relief to find a capable and honest contractor.

Early March I noticed several of the Bricks on our Chimney had seriously deteriorated and were falling off. Rudy Edwards was actually referred by one of our Neighbours who had similar problems about one Year ago. I called Rudy and arranged to have him come to our House to review the problem and provide an estimate regarding cost as well as a timeline. He came at the arranged time and was extremely pleasant, courteous and at the same time very professional. He provided his estimate in a timely manner but pointed out that we had to wait for appropriate weather conditions, i.e. the work could not be done if there was still a possibility of Frost. At the same time I was faced with Cancer treatments &/or Surgery. Although I had received several other estimates from Companies larger than Glenwood - price was similar to Glenwood's quote, I decided to use Glenwood. Rudy Edwards appeared to be very trustworthy and straight forward and he was very accomodating with respect to the timing.
As soon as the Weather improved and the danger of Frost had passed Rudy called and provided the date on which the work would be completed. He showed up on time, performed to my complete satisfaction. The work area was cleaned and all debries removed. I am highly satisfied and will use Glenwood again for further work on my House.

Rudy and team provided a perfect service with the tuck and re-pointing work on our chimney. Arrived when they said they would, completed the work on schedule and cleaned up efficiently. All at a cost that was competitive. Highly recommend their work.

Bing, bang, boom ... everything was done one time, on budget, and what a terrific job ! The matching of the new to the old brick was seamless. And my yard was cleaner afterwards than beforehand ! Rudy and Glenwood receive my utmost highest recommendation.

Rudy came and fixed our chimney that was falling apart. He gave us a quote, responded to our questions via email very efficiently and was very thorough. We had a time restriction because we were going to have company over and didn`t want to have kids in the backyard with an insecure chimney. Rudy came and fixed it once the weather permitted.
