Blocked in our entire driveway with no warning or permission for over an hour and a half, refused to move it to let us out of our driveway and laughed at us when we turned our backs to walk in our house. We are the neighboring house to their construction and they have treated us with 0 respect far.

Cotton has done many foundations for us in the past few years , they stand by there workmanship , keep up the great work we look forward to doing business in the future. thank you.

Foundation was done incorrectly. Windows were placed in wrong locations, not per plan. Major crack in foundation occurred within first year. PIP windows set in crooked. They came back and fixed but window wells were damaged and placed back in crooked so now we are stuck with those. Company did not respond to numerous calls about the cracked foundation until we kept showing up at business. They refused to fix one of our windows saying that it is within acceptable variance. If this means a rocking window that does not slide properly and will let rain, drafts in, we are not impressed with their range. Other cracks appeared after they straightened the windows and our beautiful stonework has now cracked. We have spent thousands fixing their cracks that resulted in places where they repaired windows. Comment made by employee is that they fix windows all the time.

We are building a new home and priced the cost of doing a large 1000' driveway and a new culvert. The prices were all over the map, up to over 30k. I contacted Cotton and spoke and they immediately made an appt to come and view the job. Within 2 days I had a complete estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable, but since this review I have had some issues with them completing the job. They had originally "quoted" on a complete job, but when it came time to get it finished they said "oh, that didn't include the top stone". I know what they explained they would be doing, and I thought the quote reflected what we had spoken about, but apparently not. As such, we will need to shell out many thousands more to finish what we thought would have been a complete job. We have used someone else to finish what Cotton started. BE VERY CAREFUL with your quotes. They will tell you what they will be doing, but their written quote may not reflect everything they said they would do. That is your responsiblity to check to make sure it is right. I believed what they told me and didn't read the quote properly and it has cost me thousands of dollars. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We hired COTTON on recommendation from a friend. When comparing their quotes they were neither the lowest or highest. They were prompt in sending someone out to do an estimate and were very good at answering any questions we had. The work started on time and they even found a place to unload the extra dirt from our yard at no cost to us. The garage is 20x25.Every step of the way they were more than happy to explain what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. We paid as we went and the project was comleted on time and on budjet. Once complete a supervisor came by to ensure the job was done and that we were satisfied. The final payment was not made until this was done. They are an extremely professional and friendly group of workers and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.
