ARPIS installed a PureAir™ Air Purification System donated by Lennox and a house humidifier from general air in our home free of cost for our special needs son with respiratory problems. It has made a huge difference on the quality of air in our home and has cleared up his cough considerably.

had an AC unit added to our upstairs furnace - guys were very prompt, cleaned up well, explained use and care very carefully, primed AC unit, came back to verify everything was working okay the next spring. Very professional. They even repainted the concrete paint they scratched in our furnace room on the floor when they had to move a shelf to get to the humidifier for the furnace - took a lot of pride in their work and the care they showed our home. Got exactly what we wanted as far as noise produced, quality of unit, etc

We had an air conditioner installed by Arpis. Installers were efficient and courteous. Access to side of house was very awkward. They did a great job in spite of this challenge!

Ive invited Arpis into my home on 3 separate occasions in the last year. Once in an emergency, Once to replace 20 year old equipment, and Once for basic cleaning/maintenance. Every time ive been left impressed by their service and professionalism from start to finish. Whether its the kind people helping make a convenient booking, that friendly call from dispach to let you know they're on the way, or the always professional workers who never cease to impress at their attention and work ethic. Thanks Arpis for doing it right again and again. I hope that we've taken care of everything a house could need now for a while but If anything does go wrong you can bet youll be the first I call. thanks again.

Very disappointed with this company. Have had on going issues with a 3 yr old A/C unit in a new build. Have never gone a season without it breaking down. Had this company out twice last year to fix it, but to no avail. When turning in on for the first time this year, it froze up immediately. Sent a text to their GM, who said he would pull my file and call me. I never receive a call from him. Waited around the house all afternoon as I didn't want to miss his call. I then received a call at 6:20 AM!! From their service manager. I can't comprehend what he was thinking, calling at that time and everyone I've told has said the same thing........unbelievable!! When I tried to call him back, I was directed to an answering service, so couldn't even make direct contact with him. Extremely unprofessional on his part. When I did finally get in touch with him, he acted like he'd never heard my name before and would need to pull my file. He said he would call me back in 10-15 mins. Well, 3 HOURS later, he finally called back and was incredibly blasé about the whole situation. In the meantime, I'd called the GM and informed him that I hadn't received any calls yet and could he please call me so we could get this sorted out. I never received a call from him.....again....unbelievable!! My husband has owned his own business for over 20 years and has NEVER treated a customer this way......not even the raging lunatics. I will never, in good conscious, be able to recommend this company to anyone. To date, the people I've had contact with, have shown little to none care or concern for their customer. Update: received a call this morning from their service manager.....they are attempting to make this situation better. My husband spoke to him this morning & arrangements have been made for someone to come out on Monday. I will continue to update as we move forward. We are fair & reasonable people who would like to be treated the same way.

**Update: we had a very nice technician (Barry) come out this morning. He was knowledgable and very thorough. He spent all day taking things apart and trying to get to the bottom of the issue. At the end of the day,our unit is once again working, however, there was no clear indicator as to what the problem is/was. This makes me a little concerned that the problem will reoccur. Arpi's did cover many of the costs and we were only charged for 2 parts that were replaced. I believe that is a fair deal and at this point would say I'm satisfied. I just hope it continues to work without any further issues.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! We had them in to do a maintenance a few weeks ago. I called to inform them that we needed specific filters for the furnace the girl confirmed the price at $500 including filters and it would take 3 hours. 5 HOURS LATER and $800 less in our pockets, the manager phones and tells us how sorry he is that our experience "sucked" and then said he'd do something for us, that was 3 weeks ago, we aren't holding our breath. Fool me once Arpi's shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, NEVER AGAIN.

Having used Arpis before they were my first choice to replace my aging hot water tank in my house. It was easy to call their number and setup the job on the day of my choosing. The 2 technicians showed up on time and quickly completed their task. I was shown how to operate and maintain the new tank and am very happy taking long hot showers now :D

i took a point of 100% because after they left i did a load of laundry and it seems like they took they laundry drain tube out of the drain (to use drain to empty old tank i guess) and never replaced it, so my laundry maching gave my basement floor a pretty thorough washout. please be more careful next time Arpis!

Extremely costly and not honestly. come to only estimate the situation costs about $372.75 and then told me that there are few parts need to be repaired, so I said ok, go ahead pls to repair them. Final I was told by them said they don't have those parts of my boiler brand, they don't carry them. That means they are unable to fix it. I was so frustrated at that time, I'm just wondering if they don't carry them why didn't they tell me at the first, they should asked me what brand of my boiler I have on the phone when I was first calling them or when the technician first came. the technician should knows it if the receptionist does't know. they charged me almost $400, then told me they don't have that brand parts. I feel awful! they are not honest! I felt so unfair at the moment, I called their manager but he wasn't very friendly on the phone! oh! totally disappointed about their service!!! if you can't fix the brand of my boiler, just tell me at the first. that charge was totally unfair for the innocent customers like us.

To respond: why I declined your offer? Please think about your attitude....think about the amount you offered.....do you think it is fair to a innocent costumer? I was calling your president to looking for justice! but disappointedly, she didn't care about her costumer! She only care about money! Don't treat your costumers like a beggar! We need fairness! Just like what I said, a good company should be a company can bear responsibility for the mistakes they made!!! Not like you did to retreat from your responsibility in this affair!!! Unfortunately, I'm so disappointed of your service!!!

Wanted A/C but ended up being quoted such a great deal on a furnace and a/c we went for it. Everyone with Arpi's was awesome from the estimator to the installers to the gal's in the office who helped with the rebate paperwork. Service and product is top notch and will use Arpi's every time!
