Drain-All

The plumber this company sent was having very poor skills. He was not even able to connect the toilet pipes properly due to which pipes were leaking after he left and we had to call him again.

I also called the company staff regarding an invoice inquiry but the person was very rude and disconnected our call abruptly by telling us that he is going to call us back again. Of course, he never called back.

I will not recommend this company for the plumbing services to any one as the services they provide are very poor and charge substantial amount of money for the services.

Two drains to be rodded out. The company sent an apprentice who was not experienced. Could not remove the cleanout cap without cutting it off and then had nothing to replace it with. The service manager was not helpful and suggested the apprentice could go to a supplier and see what options to replace the cover at 75 dollars an hour. I finally figured out a fix using a combination of two different plugs and then charged was 4 times the cost for the parts. on top of that they charged 8 dollars foe a saw blade that was used. They should never send an apprentice they over charged for parts will not use them again, A big disappointment you never send an apprentice to do a journeyman's work.

Called on a Tuesday evening for a backed up basement drain that was emitting sewage gases and gurgling. The dispatcher told me that the plumber would be there between 6 and 9 p.m. Called back at 9 p.m. and was told he had an emergency call at the Rideau Center, but he would still try to make it prior to 11 p.m. Rescheduled for the following day. Scott arrived on Wednesday evening around 5 p.m. Snaked out our basement drain. Provided helpful pointers about a couple of plumbing issues we had mentioned to him. Efficient and pleasant to deal with. Helpful suggestions. The basement drain is no longer gurgling and smelly. Satisfied customer.

The drain in my washroom was blocked and drain-all came the same day. The gentleman that showed up at my door was very polite and professional. He was able to clear the block in no time and then reconnected the drain and ensured that the line was cleared by testing it for a couple of minutes. I would strongly recommend their service!

Drain all came and cleaned out the drains in our lab. They were about 50-60% of the competitor's price, and still did a phenomenal job. These guys had a lot of heavy-duty equipment - no mucking about. They were very professional, and our drains run smoothly now.
