Matthew was very helpful in getting the appointment set up with our tenant and then did the repair quickly and efficiently. I wish I had talked to Matthew several days earlier. Both my tenant and myself are extremely satisfied.

I didn't know what to expect from the company but I was overly impressed with their customer service and their costs. I was looking to buy two chest freezers, and found the same make/model that were way cheaper than the major stores. One of the major store competitors didn't have the freezers in stock and had to pay a deliver charge to place the order. Therefore I googled another company that carried the same product and found Ben's Maytag store. Both Joe and Matthew were helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to have the freezers delivered at no cost since they were going to be in our neighbourhood the next day. The delivery guys were extremely helpful. They took out the freezer out of the box so I wouldn't have to deal with any recyclables. Thank you for this great customer service.

All around great experience dealing with Ben's Maytag store in Surrey B.C. Very knowledgable staff and extremely pleasant to deal with. Very fair competitive pricing. They left me feeling like I was in very capable hands and it turns out, I was. Just ask the owner who was hands on hulking that monster fridge up the stairs. (without a scratch, I might add) Well done men !!! Great customer service goes a long way in my book and I will be sure to recommend Ben 's Maytag Store to all of my family and friends.

I purchased a whirlpool dishwasher from them in June of 2013.They are always easy to deal with and always on time or early.Phoned if Delays occurred or would be early.Very professional. My parents used to get all of their appliances through them as well and never a problem.I will get any new appliances from them from now on,Great job!!

After phoning a few companies and getting an answering machine, we phoned Ben's and received prompt courteous service. They had our records from 11 years ago and we were completely repaired within a day and a half as a pump had to be ordered. The repairman was both professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided after 25 years in our home that it was time to renovate our kitchen. There was no doubt in our mind of where we would go to get our appliances - Ben's Maytag Store! What sold us on this company was they were a well established family business right in our neighborhood. The moment we walked through the doors of the store, we knew we had already made the right choice and at that point we hadn't even purchased anything. Moving forward the information we received on the appliance make our choice simply and just the products we were looking for to house our new kitchen. As the renovation took on life, the staff at Ben's stayed engaged offering advice and expert service that cannot be found in a big box store. As with any renovation not everything goes according to plan but our saving grace was Ben's Maytag. Their vision of great service and punctuality on delivery was one thing we were able to count on. The numerous calls we made to the staff at Ben's often with silly questions was never overlooked and responded to with grace and professionalism. We are extremely happy with our purchases and service we have received. I will be recommending Ben's Appliance to anyone who is looking to make their next purchase of appliances. We have purchased all our new appliances from Ben's for the past 15 years. I shop around but the prices are always the best. I appreciate the personal service and know that they will take care of everything. Whenever I have a problem with an appliance, I just call and they have all my appliances on file and can tell me exactly what I need. They do their own service and the service men are always very helpful and courteous. Recently we moved to a new home and I purchased the same set of Bravo Maytag washer/dryer as I had before as well as a Kitchen aid dishwasher. I always get the extended warranty because I like the peace of mind and know I can call them to take care of any problems.

We have been very happy with Ben's may tag, we have been purchasing all of our appliances for last 15 years. The service has been superb, more so after the sale, with their prompt attention to repairs and support. When we renovated our kitchen we only made one stop for new induction counter top, again the staff worked well with contractor, and everything fit to perfection, and not a scratch on our new hardwood floors.
