Sterling Homes Edmonton

I bought my first house with sterling homes in 2017 , and so far I’m happy with the service they provide us, whenever I’m having any minor issues with the house as I am the new home owner, I contact warranty tech Trevor Weibe and he’s always helped me out and provide me useful information. He is really helpful guy and arrange appointment pretty quick.
So far I’m happy home owner as I got excellent customer service and still getting it.

We had purchased a home with Sterling at the Orchards in 2018, after being recommended by one of our family members. We received welcoming home sellers who helped us through the buying process. After purchase we met with our warranty team, and since then have received quick and useful help. As new home owners we were not aware of some of the little things our house required for maintenance, so our warranty personnel had given lots of useful tips, explained about our sump pumps, heaters and hrv system, and was sympathetic with any other questions and concerns we had. We would recommend Sterling homes, as they have been a great team to work with.

First of all I love the 0/10 reviews because people don't know how to use hammers or do any general maintenance to their home. Anyways, great service from our warranty guy Trevor. Had a leak from our dryer vent and he handled it quick and promptly. Took a few visits to complete the work but the work was done properly and fixed. Really appreciate the hard work!

We built with Sterling and moved into our new home in April 2018. The building process was pretty smooth with no major issues. We love our new home! Since we moved in, we've had a couple of things go wrong or need attention, but using the Home Owners Portal, our concerns have been addressed promptly for the most part. Our home warranty technician Trevor, is knowledge, friendly and always answers our questions. We have confidence our home is being looked after and our concerns are being addressed.

my service experience with our warranty technician benjamin was excelent. He is knowlegeable , he answer our call whenever we need some help and guidance ,very friendly , professional and good to deal with .Sterling homes is lucky to have him on their team . My kids love him he is very friendly and funny to my kids.

Sterling Homes built our new home for us two years ago in Cy Becker. We have already given a review of that experience.. it was excellent in every way!.
We recently had reason to contact Sterling's warranty/service department concerning an electrical breaker that seemed faulty.
I called them in the early afternoon. Larry the service tech called my back about 20 minutes later. We discussed the situation and agreed on an appointment early the next day. Larry was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. We agreed that the breaker was probably faulty and that an electrician was required to make the change. The electrical company called later that day and made an appointment for the next morning. The electrician was on time and very efficient and friendly. He even left his name and phone number in case the breaker replacement was not the only issue.

We are very happy that we decided to build with Sterling Home. Their level of customer service continues even after we have taken possession of our home!!!

I am very satisfied with Steffen Bruckner. He is very helpful guy as we had some issues with my home. His guidance to keep good maintenance is very excellent as well. He is always ready to fix warrany issues and he has very friendly approach.

I just got possession for my house in early Dec .2018. What I can say ... Posession date was one month later of
The estimated time frame , and I only got notified one month before the estimated possession frame , the reason was they were waiting on the materials shipment got delayed during summer time , Why can’t they let me know earlier? And I needed to re-arrange my new appliance and deliveries . Ok ! I fixed . Then my family moved in the end of December. After 2 days . My two
Kids told me their feet are bleeding,they told me something was hiding under the carpets. We start to find out lots Nails are sticking out from the carpets. So my wife and I use whole morning try more than 12places has nails . And right away send email to sterling technician, because it was holiday season , the I been told it’s non emergency situation, so I have to wait after Jan 2nd . And get email back says :” it’s common , and you can use hammer and hammer is down yourself !” I wasn’t like no ! we already did 5 of them .. and it’s more than 12places , I asked
Them to come to my house take a look , also repair with my bathroom missing latch(another problem) . So over the phone the technician booked appointment with me on Jan 5th Friday 2:00pm . So I took half day off from my work . Be home at 2:00pm waited until 3:00pm .email technician ask if they still remember our appointment? No one reply . I called at 4:30 no one answered.. what a waste of my time ! What makes you guys think your time is more important than mine ? I am super disappointed with sterling homes , the quality of work is poor. Plus I just realized all the carpet on the Edge can be left off the floor ? Yeah ? Part of the design right ? Ridiculous.....

Perfect first home with Sterling. We purchased a detached garage house in the Edmonton north east area with sterling almost a year ago. The customer service has been outstanding! We had minor issues with the house such as a slightly crooked beam and built in bench, and they were both taken care of by our customer service representative. the date for our landscape was changed several times but its not a big deal at all and they have kept us in the loop. the garage was taking a bit long to get built and we brought it up to our customer reps attention and he was able to speed up the process. We also received an amazing paint job courtesy of sterling. the customer rep also came to our home to meet us and to explain how all of the house "filters" worked and to to replace them. We had forgotten how to do it, since a year ago when it was explained to us during the first walk through. We are very happy to have purchased our first home with Sterling, already recommended our family and friends to buy with them, one of them already did and is very happy too all of her house issues were taken care of very fast! Love Sterling!

Sterling Home is not only renowned builders but also provide excellent customer satisfaction. What is upgrade for most other builders, is treated as 'standard' here. Their customer satisfaction manager, Mr. Randy, is a man of unmatched sympathy, friendly approach, and unparalleled service. He won't sleep a single night peacefully until he would fix the home warranty issues. Yes, I had some common issues, but he got his team to resolve them at earliest possibility. You really don't know 'Excellent customer service' if you never dealt with Mr. Randy. This team goes above and beyond not only to provide you a quality structure but making it a home for you. Even the Sales team has been amazing. I am sure that I will have my second home from Sterling Homes in future.
