Heating & Air Conditioning review in London

We were needing a new central air unit and wanted to get an estimate. They came in and quickly figured out there was just no power to the unit.
Breaker was tripped and apparently there is a trick to resetting the switch which we did not know. Needless to say it went from getting a new unit to a service call and having cool air immediately. We really appreciate the honesty and quick response.
Will definitely use in the future when we actually need to replace the unit

New furnace

This was a furnace replacement in an older home. Russ and Andrew did a super job, on time, quick,clean, no muss no fuss. Job took 3.5 hrs. Everything working great! Highly recommend Bow & Son.

Furnace Replacement

I called Bow Home Comfort Systems to come and evaluate an issue I was having with my furnace. They diagnosed the problem fairly and showed me exactly what the issue was with the unit. At that time I decided to replace it, and Russ and Andrew gave me a fair quote for the work and we agreed on a date for the job. On the day of the install they were very efficient, arriving on time and getting the job done in just a few hours and for exactly the quoted amount. They also gave me a working tour of my new furnace and showed me the problems with the old one they had removed. They were friendly, fair, and courteous throughout the entire process and their work was first-rate. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my heating and cooling needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Thanks guys for your super work !

Russ has his gas and air conditioning tickets. Andrew holds his gas ticket. Bow Home Comfort is fully insured, and can also offer Ontario Power Authority rebates on applicable purchases.

Russ and Andrew always tell their customers to be wary of those who condemn your home comfort system. They know a fix is usually at hand, and they are happy to help their customers get a few more years out of their appliances before replacing.
