High Efficiency Furnace Issue

I made a call around 9:00 a.m. asking if someone could come to inspect our furnace . John and his son Andrew arrived at our house around 11:20 a.m. and diagnoised our furnace problem. They had the part which was still under warranty and install it . Now we have lots of heat!

Russ & Andrew are very professional individuals, who are honest, timely, and very hard working! I had a great experience with them in the last five years. They installed new furnaces, air conditioners, and have done a lot of repair work. I highly recommend their services, as I have done so in the past and will continue to in the future to all my friends and family!

New Furnace Purchase and Installation

My 33 year old furnace needed replacing. Bow Home Comfort Systems provided a quote, timely service and installation of my new Goodman furnace. Russ and Andrew are just genuinely kind. They wore protective personal equipment during Covid-19. They left the work area clean. They were not annoyed by my needy puppy. I was so pleased with their work and highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome Experience

Aylmer

They are a father and son duo, very knowledgeable and professional.

I previously had an issue with my a/c and had a local shop check it out. They weren’t able to figure out what was wrong with it and I had to suffer through the heat waves and expensive hydro bills until I was referred to Bow Home Comfort Systems by a co-worker.
Russ and his son got it up and running in no time and it is working like a charm now!

Will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

AC install!

Bows Comfort is an amazing company with even better customer service. They are a father son team that worked hard all day and explained what was happening the whole time. A storm window was broken during installation and they have worked tirelessly to get our window fixed. Constant communication made us feel very safe. Would highly recommend

Russ has his gas and air conditioning tickets. Andrew holds his gas ticket. Bow Home Comfort is fully insured, and can also offer Ontario Power Authority rebates on applicable purchases.

Russ and Andrew always tell their customers to be wary of those who condemn your home comfort system. They know a fix is usually at hand, and they are happy to help their customers get a few more years out of their appliances before replacing.
