Steve and Lauren arrives on time and quickly and efficiently replaced the glass in our picture window. We couldn't be happier with the service that they provided!

Steven and Loren were great in replacing a window glass, fast , clean install, no problems.

Loren was at our home to replace a window which has a broken seal. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job and answered all our questions .

stains on inside of window, new one ordered and no response of when it's coming. Winter will arrive sooner than this window. Be happy to update review once the window shows up and installed.

Update:

Replacement window was put installed October 22nd. Alas, it will need to be replaced has it has the same stains between the windowpanes as the first one did. We were told it means the seal is broken, so hopefully it will not be a major issue in keeping the house warm once the cold arrives. Here comes another 12-14 week wait.
Also, never heard back from VWD on when we would be receiving the "first" replacement window. Won't bother asking about the second since we know it will show up before we get an update on when it's coming.

The seal on many of our 5 year old windows was gone and they became foggy. VWD replaced them under warranty, however we had to pay labour and a surcharge because we are not in the GTA.
Loren spent a day here replacing them and he was fantastic. Worked hard and steady all day long to get the job done. We are very pleased with the job he did. Thank you, Loren!

Had these windows installed in 2017 and was happy with the result. But within a couple years I had to replace two of the windows because of failure of the seals. These were replaced free of charge but a few years later another window was compromised and it cost me over 200 dollars to have it replaced, they seem to have a problem with there gasket seal between the two panes if glass. I would be Leary of these windows.

Youre team was very helpful in regards of replacement my windows hand crank plus they oil all parts to make it run smooth thank you so much.

We had a defective unit which VWD agreed to replace. They scheduled the work, arrived on time and replaced the window without any problem or concern. We're very happy with the service.

Had glazing replaced in a large window. Steve was super nice and did a great job. Didn't think it was a 1 man job but he did it, no problem.

The seal gave out on one of my windows. The window was replaced. I had to pay for instalment of the replacement window. The repairman was prompt and efficient.
