The window crank on our window broke, Loren had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. It took longer to order the part!

I contacted Vinyl WD to replace seals in original windows that were purchased in 2006. The original windows came with a warranty on seals and mechanisms. From my original contact with Erika the process was seamless. Loren the technician was a pleasure to deal with - very professional. The service provided exceeded our expectations. Even though this company is located in Toronto and the technician came from Toronto they provided tremendous quality service. They stand by their product

Need replacement glass for gas leak. Two years later still trying to get replacements.
Was supplied two that I had to pick up or get charged more then new windows
Oops they were made wrong. Good thing my installer caught it.
No problem we will make you two more.
When would you like to drive other hour to come pick them up a second time.
I want them delivered, but now Im ghosted by their customer service.

A few years after buying VWD windows from E-Star Window company the argon gas leaked through the window panes in our dining room. I attempted to contact E-Star only to discover they had gone out of business. I finally found a company that deals with VWD in March 2020, a couple of weeks before the Pandemic shut down all businesses. I had e-mailed a service request, pictures, etc. to Gord who forwarded everything to the manufacturer VWD so when VWD contacted me in March 2022, I was hopeful I might get my windows replaced. A service call was scheduled in April 2022, Loren measured the windows to make sure the correct ones were ordered. Loren also explained why there was moisture on my windows and showed me how to adjust the humidity on my furnace. A month later Loren installed my new windows in less than an hour. I couldnt be happier! I can see out my windows for the first time in 5 years! Thank you Loren and Erica in Customer Service at VWD for all your help. Much appreciated!

Have always been satisfied with any service received from VWD.
Window had become cloudy and I reached out online on a weekend and first thing Monday they called to follow up. Within a few days everything was in place and replacement was completed within a couple weeks. Installer was thorough, in and out quickly, clean and friendly.

Bought this house that had had windows recently replaced but one was defective. We called and they came and Loren replaced the glass free of charge

Great service. Purchased a new home in 2017 2 windows developed a seal leak.The builder brushed me off,the supplier wasn't helpful but contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the glass no questions.Very quick and here when they said they would be.
