Our vinyl windows have been installed in our home since 2005, and while you may hear advertisements on television about alternate window materials, we are very happy with our installation. In the past a few window seals have gone, but a quick phone call to VWD and a replacement sealed unit is installed for a nominal fee. Great service and products. Highly recommend.

Service worker came to the house and replaced my broken window.
His service was excellent and the repair was flawless.
He also took the damaged glass away with him for disposal.

One window glass needed replacement due to condensation. I contacted Diego , the Service Manager on Feb.8 2022, Feb.15 request up and running and work completed by Sammy March 22 2022.. The whole process was professionally handled. Diego was a great . Sammy took time to explain why this happens in glass and that the company took its Warranty program seriously. Thank you to Erika for scheduling the replacement time. A great team . We are extremely happy with our windows and receive many compliments .

I purchased windows through a 3rd party distributor. One of the windows arrived with small scratch. The 3rd party contacted Vinyl Windows, and they set up a service call and replaced the window quickly, efficiently, and with no issues. Service person arrived on time, installed the window quicky, and cleaned up perfectly.

The windows themselves are very high quality and the installation was excellent.

3 triple pane windows failed 4 years after installation. Warranty covers glass and vinyl, but nothing in the contract said I would have to pay installation costs. Yet I paid approximately 100$ per window.
