The concrete stairs look great (time will determine lasting power but seems approach took into account agreed standards). The team worked really hard with difficult excavating conditions (soil and rock). They fixed a couple things for free- downspout that was detached, gunk removed from where old awning was above door. Some minor glitches not worth detailing. Overall - happy with results and it was a pleasant experience.

Replaced failing flagstone on front stairs and entrance porch with Banas stone. Parged and coated lower landing and stair sides.
The tradespeople were pleasant, informative, efficient and skilled.

Called for quote to have parging done on brickwork surrounding my patio.Staff very friendly and welcoming on telephone.Estimator came by,a few days later,at pre-arranged date and time.Quote e-mailed to me the next day.I called office to discuss quote and arrange for work to be done.Wayne and Andre arrived on prescribed date to do work.They were quick,efficient and clean.Supervisor Rob Ruscica followed up within a day to inspect and make sure I was completely satisfied.Top marks for Three little Pigs masonry.

We hired Three Little Pigs to cement a path on the side of our house based on both the reviews here and their low estimate and were really happy with their work. The work they did was quick, clean, and they were able to creatively trouble shoot and resolve a problem due to our neighbour"s existing fence posts that were in the way for no extra charge! A few weeks later we had a major leak in our basement and we knew who to call. We did not even bother with another quote. Three Little Pigs sent a different crew who were able to repair the cement path at the back of our house sloping it away from the house as well as repair and seal the outside wall. We asked for tuck point the obvious mortar joint done by others, clean off mortar on brickwork, v cut and repair the foundation cracks. Looks like good solid professional repair done. We are satisfied. They are highly recommended.

Looks like good solid repair done on foundation, utilizing some reinforcement bar to strengthen repair on corner of foundation. During repair, house brick cracked and company went out of their way to source a new matching brick and installed, at no additional cost. Lesser companies would have likely just tried to repair old brick by cutting out crack in brick and simply using mortar to make an additional joint, which would have looked awful. Good workmanship!

We asked for some interlock to be laid underneath and around our porch steps plus across the top of our driveway. Although we obtained quotes from several companies, this was the only one that did a follow-up call, asking our opinion. Rick, the project leader, made some very helpful suggestions with how to deal with some awkward details and corrected some previously existing problems. Rick and his team were open to discussing a few changes, worked efficiently and did a beautiful job of cleaning up afterward. We're very happy with the results.

We needed our basement sidewall done urgently. Our basement wall weathered many storms. Contacted Three Little Pigs and Tyler H. returned our call. Tyler came over to take pictures and sent us a quote email. Wayne and Andre grinded, parged our basement wall and sealed it with grey washable and water repellent fibre coating. Wayne and Andre did an amazing job. It was done in a timely fashion. We are definitely very pleased. They are highly recommended.

Our front porch was crumbling from water penetration and we needed to get it replaced. We were hoping to not only completely redo the concrete steps but to also add stone facing onto it. We called a couple of places who quoted us over the phone but Three Little Pigs made a point of coming out and meeting with us to discuss what we wanted to do and give us options. Rob was put on our job and he was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions, and he wouldn't hesitate to come by the house to chat if it was easier to point at something and talk about it in person. The crews were very polite and took care with the work they were doing. We felt very taken care of the entire way through the project. The finished steps are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We've had several neighbours comment on how nice they turned out and have since had other contractors to our home who have made a point of saying how impressed they are with the steps and wondering who we used.
