310RENO Design & Renovation

My wife and I are extremely happy we selected 310-Reno for our bathroom renovation project. Mike and his team are really top notch professionals. The renovation looks fantastic. We were so happy with the results that we have hired Mike and his team to start work on renovating our main floor bathroom. My partner and I contacted 310-RENO because they were recommended by a friend who had them design and build their kitchen. Mike came by one evening for a consultation and was super nice while he has chatting with us and recording our crazy list of likes and dislikes. It only took him a few days to come up with plans and a quote. 310-RENO came in around the mid-point in terms of pricing, as there were some estimates that were quite a bit less and some that were remarkably high. Though we were hoping to pay less, we chose 310-RENO and we are happy we did.

The installers were clean, kind and worked hard to get our kitchen finished beautifully and quickly.

It's now been almost half a year and everything still looks great and works perfectly. We get compliments each and every time we have company and Mike has gotten a few projects from our friends and family because of the fine showroom kitchen they built for us (hint hint; I smell commission).

These guys are awesome, they're friendly, reliable and do amazing work. I would not consider using anyone else for our master ensuite renovation (which is coming up this year; just a heads up Mike).

Enduring a renovation crew in one's home that has the sole purpose to destroy first and then rebuild and make beautiful is not usually a fun experience, but everyone that I met that works for 310-RENO is so pleasant, and now I kind of miss having them around. I will be saving for a new project soon. They are kind, honest, trustworthy and pay attention to detail. 310reno is a great company: The guys are kind, smart, reliable, efficient, and do quality work. In the space of about four weeks, Mike and 310reno transformed my 60's era ugly kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary kitchen dream. He and his team addressed any issues or concerns we had and wouldn't fail to offer his advice on the smallest details. Things were a bit dusty in the house for a little while (understandable - and they did put up a plastic barrier to minimize the mess). So that was a small price to pay for a job well done. We are extremely pleased with the results and would use 310Reno again in a heartbeat.

After spending quite a bit of time meeting with various contractors and getting quotes to finish our basement, we decided to go with 310Reno, a company I found right here on the Homestars website. All of the rave reviews I read prompted me to give them a call, but I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first thinking that people were exaggerating about how amazing these guys are. Well, not only did my experience with Sean and Graeme meet the expectations set by these reviews, it significantly exceeded it. I echo everything other members had to say, and then some.

310Reno has many project managers, and I'm sure they are all great, but the project managers assigned to my job were Sean and Graeme, and they were by far the best contractors I have ever dealt with. They are professional, extremely polite, and such a pleasure to have in our home. It is clearly evident that they genuinely care about their work and the ultimate satisfaction of their clients. They will not compromise the quality of their workmanship just to finish the job and move on to the next one. They were extremely patient with me and were always happy to answer the hundreds of questions I had for them throughout the project. On more than one occasion I even asked them change something from the original plan, and without any hesitation they were happy to accommodate my requests, even if it meant they had to tear down or rebuild something they had already worked on. Their attention to detail is impressive, as is their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure perfection in their finishing touches. Another thing I really appreciated was their mindfulness of our budget, and going out of their way to help me find vendors that can supply the product I wanted, at a fraction of the retail cost. In my experience, not all contractors pass on 100% of their discounts on to the homeowner, or are even willing to shop around for the best price.

Like other members said, I was recommending this team to everyone I know, (yes, even my mother), even before the job was done. Thanks Sean and Graeme for building us a beautiful basement and we look forward to working with you on future projects in our home.
