Sam The Handyman

The chimney wasn't sealed properly. The mess left behind was awful. Have concrete on front porch, gardens and all over shingles and flashing that we have to clean up ourselves. When they cam back to check our concern, they were very defensive. And threw their caulking tubes into our backyard when done. We thought they damaged one of the chimney caps. Pictures show they did not but they didn't tell us it was cracked so that it could be fixed at the same time. Work was prompt but that's not enough to make me ever recommend Sam.

Sam installed chimney flashing to solve a water issue. Competitively priced, always on time and a good guy.

He was quick to respond to me. He did a good job patching the roof. It helps that he provides pictures of before and after.

Sam did an excellent job replacing the roof on an upper level addition as well as portions of a deck above the roof. Sam did exactly what was needed at a very fair price. He did not try to inflate the job to include unnecessary work. I will definitely call Sam again for future jobs.
