Great friendly service. Free on site estimate, timely followup, great product at reasonable price, speedy delivery and installation included. Great attention to details, leveling the countertop, adjusting cabinet door heights. Of course extra points for hauling the extremely heavy pieces up the staircase. Highly recommended.

Avalon Granite and Marble did a great job from start to finish in doing our kitchen (including island) and we are very happy with their work. They had to cut out the cooktop on site and minimized the dust. From sales and office staff, to designer and installers, they are all professional and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!

Had to experience multiple problems, such as:
Date changes
Multiple visits for various reasons: incorrect size, deficient sink cutout, wrong color installed.
In addition, we couldn't get the right color because out of six colors chosen at the Avalon website none was available. We had no choice but to have one countertop made of the piece found at the Avalon shop, which was our only option, although undesirable. Many colors presented on the Avalon website are non-existent, as our experience has shown. There were other small deficiencies.
Conclusion: although the price was competitive and attitude rather polite, contractor has created a lot of hussle and the quality was below expected. You get what you paid for. Do I recommend? Not really.

We recently decided to upgrade areas of our kitchen, mainly the countertops and backsplash. After comparing proposals from three well-rated businesses, we settled on Avalon Granite and Marble partly because of price and partly due to the manner in which Uri and his staff handled our requests and requirements. The only downside to the whole project was a delay on the installation due to illness in his installation crew. As a result in order to mitigate the delay he sent a contract installation crew which, although they did the job, were not a professional as the Avalon staff installers we had met, and as a result we had to have Uri send his crew in to make some minor adjustments. On the whole we have ended up with a very satisfactory job, and would recommend Avalon.

Installation and final product was excellent. There were some difficulties initially with the delivery of the countertops from their distributor which delayed the installation. Communication was a bit of an issue. Despite the initial minor difficulties I can comfortably say I would look past this and still book another countertop install with this company because their price was more than fair given the quality and detail of installation. I am more than satisfied. The installers went above and beyond!

All of the people from Jerry who did out measurements to the 2 great guys that did our install were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to welcome into our home.

Avalon Granite was a great company to deal with. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry and provided their quote, even though the marble I wanted was not the one used in most jobs. As I wanted a special marble, I handled quite long negotiations with 2 companies, and in the process Avalon (Uri) proved to be more competitive and flexible. Due to the specificity of my project, Uri himself paid a visit to my house to make sure he understands my needs and will deliver accordingly.
And they did!
We scheduled and completed the job on time and to our complete satisfaction. Everyone that works with the organization - including Jerry the template designer (who was very professional and gave me some great advice) and all installers are knowledgeable, efficient and easy to deal with. They are service oriented, have a great product and are very responsive to customer needs.

Avalon Granite were professional, courteous, reasonable, flexible and above all, did a great job on my granite kitchen counters.
They were flexible with time, professional in their manner and service, and gave us a number of good options / levels for materials, budget and timeline.
My kitchen reno experience was not a great one, and I insisted on getting additional estimates for the counters, which I am so glad I did. Working with Avalon was the only positive experience during the whole process.
Additionally, when I wanted to select the granite slab myself and encountered numerous challenges and unpleasant service from the supplier, Uri from Avalon met me at the supplier, advocated for what I wanted, and insisted they treat my concerns as valid. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for and everyone raves about my kitchen.
And for a very reasonable fee for the materials and labour, they did the work with the wonderful add-on of great customer service.
