We purchased a sofa for our living room and sectional for the media space. After a year of constant use both pieces are wearing in exceptionally well and we couldn't be happier. We recently went back to the store and the staff treated us like family. We just went in to purchase some leather conditioner (as recommended after the first year) and the staff treated us (and our bulldog) exactly the same as when we purchased the sofa and sectional. Rob and everyone a Boss leather are extremely easy to work with. We walked in and were welcomed by the friendly staff. Rob helped us pick a couch that would match the furniture we have but also complimented the family room. Finding a colour is never easy but Rob did all the work and came to me with the fabrics that had great quality. The turn around time was super quick and he was very accommodating to our delivery needs. The delivery of the couches was easy and painless the guys placed it exactly where I wanted with no questions asked. Now that we have the beautiful leather couch, the quality speaks for itself! We will definitely use Boss Leather again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The staff at Boss is exceptional and they took the time to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed. I can't say enough about their delivery staff either. The guys not only placed my furniture exactly where I wanted but took the time to put my floor protectors in placed and explain leather care to me.

After reading reviews on Homestars I decided to drive out to Boss leather in Bolton to look for a leather chair. We saw the Winston Churchill leather chair, and after being educated on their products and the features that go into making the chair, we decided to buy it. They were able to beef up the springs and leather and they achieved a very close match to the colour or to our existing furniture.
About the delivery. The two gentlemen from Boss delivery were more than anyone could ask for. They were very polite, friendly, courteous and mindful of furniture they had to dodge in order to position the chair.
I would not hesitate to purchase again from this company as you get exactly what you purchased.
