While we welcome feedback from our clientele, we also expect that feedback to be based in truth and to be factual. This client’s commentary is not. He was NOT charged for a quote. The client approached us and contracted a full roofing system assessment service, which is a paid service that includes a 15 page report, documented with pictures and annotations on the state of his overall roofing system. This includes the shingled portion as well. The client was informed from the onset, several times in fact, that the report he requested can take 3 to 5 business days to produce depending on our workload. He is correct however, that to remove and dispose of 450 sq ft, not 300 sq. ft. and a minimum of 3 layers of old, mixed roofing material and metal on a roof with poor access, rebuild to positively slope, custom flash and implement a new flat roofing system that would take 3 to 4 days to complete if proper safety precautions are taken, would cost him $17,500. Standard for any reputable, accredited company that not only stands behind its work but implements to manufacturer specifications so that the manufacturer warranty is upheld. This client approached us because he wanted a clear, unbiased view of his roofing system and recommendations on a path forward from a company that is accredited and regarded as we are. However, he is unhappy that the level of workmanship, warranties and customer service we provide is not priced similarly to the roofing companies that he didn’t want to deal with in the first place.

Without getting into refuting all of the inaccuracies and embellishments in this review, we can say that it is crafted in such a fashion to paint Mr. Roof Repair in a poor light without basis. This client’s roof is falling apart and should have been replaced years earlier. So yes, it took 5 minutes to know that it should be replaced with no options for repair. However, we were not late (GPS) and spent an hour at this property applying the tarp that she mentions and assessing the entire roofing system to build her assessment report… exactly as we were contracted to do. Also, the “unsightly tarp” that we applied, which was the only option considering the disrepair of this roof, has kept the water out of her house and avoided interior damage since our attendance last August. It is true that the cover photo of her report document was not correct, but everything inside was (GSP/Time Stamped Photos). This client approached us because she had water coming in her home and needed a timely solution, which she received. She also wanted a clear and unbiased view of her roofing system and recommendations on a path forward from a company that is accredited and regarded as we are. However, she is unhappy that the level of workmanship, warranties and customer service we provide is not priced similarly to the roofing companies that she didn’t want to deal with in the first place.

However, the levels of approval that you speak of, reflect our commitment to diligence in an industry that just doesn't boast that type of professionalism for the most part.
