I have used Mr. Roof for my house last year and were very happy with the services. My father's house had a leak with one of the skylights and I contacted Mr.Roof again on behalf of my father. Their specialists came over and did an emergency repair to stop the leak temporary and recommend to replace both skylights given both are more than 20+ years. We agreed witth the repair and so far there is no issue with any leaks whatsoever. My father really likes the photos showing the repairs needed and the repairs that were done on the skylights and the area surrounding the skylights.

After finding out the leak in our ceiling was due to a hole in the roof (around the flashing) I promptly called Mr Roof Repair based on the reviews given on the site. I was not disappointed! I was able to set an appointment for the very next day and e-mails, phone calls, and even texts were exchanged very quickly. The cost is made very clear in the initial e-mail and they leave no room for error or misinterpretation. The representative arrived right on time and went right to work. I love that we received before and after pictures of the problem area as well as other potential problem areas on the roof. I will definitely be using this service again to maintain our roof. I got a service appointment within 2 days, a technician arrives right on time as promised, he inspects a leak, spots an issue within 5 minutes, and replacement of roof vent and surrounding shingles were done in 45 minutes. Extremely professional from all angles, communication, customer service, competency of technician, repair report with photos, and invoice. I would highly recommend their service to anyone, and I will never use anyone else again.
