We had shingles missing on our roof and bare wood was showing. Michael responded to my email quickly, provided a quote over the phone and via email and sent someone over a short time later. He repaired the roof and advised us about some other work that needs to be done on our chimney. The photos provided by Mr Roof Repair were helpful to see the extent of the damage caused by animals and then to show us how the damage was repaired. We were very pleased with the work.

I live in a semi and noticed a water bubble forming on my top floor ceiling. Reviews from Homestars about MrRoofRepair were great so I gave them a call.

They walked me through the details of their quote. Their assessment revealed my neighbor's side of the roof had shingles that were loose when they meet with mine (my neighbor confirmed he had a bad experience with his roofer). Mr.Roof then provided immediate solutions by sealing the loose shingles and using cement to fill up cracks and gaps around the plumbing stack chimney.

They then provided a quote for optional additional work of installing shingles where my neighbor's shingles meet with mine.
They provided solutions to get more years out of my roof.
Mr.RoofRepair had reasonable quotes, prompt in communicated (email) and provided before and after pics of the work.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. What more could you ask for?

Raccoons chewed through 4' of roof line causing extensive damage. Mr Roof Repair responded to my request for an estimate very quickly and arrived at my home to repair the roof very quickly. The gentleman was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and did excellent work (including dealing with the wasp nest we didn't know was there). We have since had substantial rain and the repair appears to be watertight.

Called Mr. Roof Repair after seeing their high rating on Homestars. I had a leaky skylight and opted to replace it when the installer showed me the photos of the cracks in the old one.

Excellent email communication with the company to arrange the installation of the new skylight. Never had to call and nag them to finish the job, that was so refreshing.

Installer arrived on time, completed the job on time, put down a tarp while he was working and left the area spotless when he was done. Skylight looks great and they e-mailed out a comprehensive set of photos detailing the damage, the work they did including ice/water protection and the final results.

Great work. Would recommend to anyone.
