Had Jason come out to remove an old garburator and re-plumb the kitchen sink based on the positive reviews I had read on this site. He was very experienced and friendly, got rid of my old mess and replaced the jumble with an elegant and simple solution. Very satisfied with the work and the price. Highly recommended!

Great personable guys that are honest and make you feel like your not being screwed. Because your not. I would definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs. Great job.

Jason was very prompt in responding with a quote that was lower than one I had from another company. He also was very accommodating when I had to change the scheduled appointment time last minute, arrived later in the week and did a fast and clean job of installing my new water efficient toilets as well as providing all the information I needed to apply for the new City rebate.

Jason was awesome! He tried to fix the problem before having to resort to a more costly fix. He was professional, personable and friendly. Even my dogs liked him :)

I had a few contractors come in and provide me with a quote to replace my Poly B pipe. Jason made every effort to look for ways to make sure that they did not have to create more damage to my walls than necessary. His cost was far below the first company I received a quote from but in par with a second. I went with Jason because of his demeanor and he was able to do the plumbing as well as bring in a dry wall person. This saved me time in looking for someone else to do the drywall. I have since used Jason for other tasks I require around the house and will continue to use him. He is professional, honest and always does a great job.

I recommend A Better Way Plumbing Ltd. for household plumbing. I recently had three toilets replaced by Jason and Scott. I got an accurate estimate over the phone when booking the appointment. I got a call when they were on their way and once here they were professional, prompt and friendly. The job was done quickly, keeping things clean and Jason told me how to apply for the rebate through the city of Calgary website. This is the second time I've used them and I will use them on my next job.

I had a dripping faucet. When Jason went to turn off main water tap found it was leaking. As well my faucet was so old it couldn't be repaired. Jason told me how to phone City & set up return date.On return beautiful modern Moen tap was installed & main tap fixed. Work was done in a professionai manner & was very reasonable. I need more plumbing replaced & A Better Way will be my plumber in future!
