If you are looking for windows or doors, this company is the place to turn! After a horrendous experience with a big box store, I turned to this family run company. What a different experience. They were professional and better priced. Love my new door and windows! Their installation crew did an exceptional job making sure they were timely, clean, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy and satisfied. Thanks again Old West!

What a great team, from the free home consult to the last person out the door. We received 3 in home consults and went with Old West for a few reasons. Number 1 - Both me and my husband felt that Rick new his windows and had positive suggestions to what we needed. Number 2 - The company had nothing but positive reviews. Number 3 - Their cost was within all the other bids. Our windows came in on time and the crew should up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time considering one company said it would take at least 2 days to install our new sized windows. The crew was very polite, careful of my belonging and very helpful as I had to get them to move a few thing out of the way. I thought that I would need to clean up after them but they cleaned up spotlessly (Thank You). I will use this company again!

Old West had done a number of windows previously and I was very satisfied with the job done.The new crew at Old West came to install and I found that the crew were a very friendly helpful bunch that basically took on the project from start to finish, did a great job and cleaned up everything at the end. Old West Windows installed 2 new windows in our house as we were missing some natural light. I had read the reviews and decided to give them a call. Justin came over and provided us with an estimate. Their cost was a little higher than the other quotes that I got, but they had a special on for 3 pane glass and we decided to go with it. I was nervous about cutting new holes in our house. The team (Jeremy?) showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions. They went about their work and were so efficient. I absolutely love my windows and so glad that I chose Old West. No regrets! I should not have waited so long. Thanks guys!

Old West replaced all the windows in the main floor of our house in the summer of 2012 and I forgot to write a review. They did a great job. They were on time and very professional with the work that they were doing. Everything looked great and they cleaned up well. I am thinking of this now because I am in the middle of another renovation and looking for help from other trades and HomeStars is where I go to check them out.

We priced may companies. Old West came in at the best price. they also had the most friendly and professional personnel. The product is beautiful and was clean/finished in full! Would and have recommended Old West!

I wanted to add more windows in my master bedroom and make one of the bedroom windows larger and the guys at Old West really helped us out. Even though we ran into an issue with a vent running behind the wall when they created the extra window opening, they finished the job as promised. They were always on time, professional and cleaned up pretty well.

The professional, friendly service of Rick and his staff, plus the quality of the windows are absolutely superb. I have already recommended Old West Windows to my next door neighbor-that's how pleased I am with their product and their service. I was impressed by all of them, from Rick (owner) to Justin (sales) and the installation crew-don't know their names (thanks, guys!) but they were exemplary in their care of my home. (they even put drop cloths on the front lawn and replaced all the flower pots!)

If you want a dependable, reliable, patient,group of folks with a really good product (I was tempted not to re-hang the blinds on my beautiful new windows)to do a reliable job on your home, call them. They will do a great job at a reasonable price.

I love my windows, they listened to my needs and wants. We're prompt, did the job in the time they said they would. Cory, Jeremy, and Kyle were efficient, very pleasant, and left my home and yard very tidy. I am extremely, thankful I chose Old West Windows and Doors. My front door is stunning.
