They provided excellent service and had a quick install with high quality. I would definitely recommend this company to others to use. I appreciated the follow-up that they provided as well.

We had our bay window in the living room replaced by Old West, and the job went very well. The installers were polite and professional, quiet and quick. They even gave us a few guidelines for making the trim installation inside the house (which we opted to do ourselves) easier. We are very pleased, and highly recommend their work.

We bought an old house and we needed to replace some windows (bow window - linving-room; and masterbedroom ) and front door. We are happy with the products that Old West has installed such that we will come back in spring to fully finish the project and change all the remaining windows in the house. Thank you to everyone from Old West for a great work delivered before Christmas such that we could spend nice Holidays in our home. The quality of their products is really high, the price is affordable when compared with other offers we had for the some project.

We are extremely happy with the new windows! Workers made a big effort to keep dust down, by vacuuming while taking out the old windows. They also took the time to talk about what they were doing when we asked questions. Pricing was great. Only issue (minor) was less than stellar trim on basement windows. Definitely recommend!

We wanted maintenance free frames and insulated glass in our heated garage. I didnt require "state of the art" because it was the garage so Rick worked with me on the price and installed affordable windows and finishing that I was very pleased with.

Their customer service was second to none and they were not satisfied until we were completely satisfied. We found them a pleasure to work with and will highly recommend them to others.

We have had OWW to the house 2 seperate times to replace the windows in our house. From the moment you call they do EXACTLY what they say they are going to do. Rick was right on time for the quote. He said he would have it to us by lunch the next day, it was. When it came time for install they were bang on time and the entire team was exceptionally professional and you would never know they were even here! Everything looks perfect! Plus when we initially went with them it was based on price, their service has made it very easy for us to tell our friends about our great experience.

The staff was extremely professional while still being friendly. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. It is hard to find a company who provides service the way we received from Old West!!! We have and will continue to recommend them time and time again.

Justin, RIck, Jeremy, Kyle, Elliot and ??are an excellent team. Quality of Jeld-Win product seems very good. A noticeable upgrade on previous product. Installation crew arrived on time, prepped, installed and cleaned up well, Will recommend to others without reservations.
