Old West Windows And Doors Ltd No Longer In Business

Great Experience. We had lots of different companies come out to quote before choosing to use Old West. They arrived when they said they would, charged what they said they would. They went above and beyond to make sure the trim work was done well and looked good, including purchasing a new header that would look better than the standard one we had at no extra cost. We have multiple windows that we will be replacing over the next few years and will definitely be using Old West again for the work.

Had Old West Windows and Door replace our house windows. The team was very knowledgable and professional. The quote process was quick and the discussion on options for the window configuration, led us to choosing them. They kept in touch and completed the job on time and with no disruptions to out routine. The site was left immaculate. I would highly recommend them.

Great workmanship, very professional. We had 1 door replaced in the fall 2012, and had Kyle here to replace the front door this month. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for...quality product and service. I brag about Old West Windows and Doors every chance I get!!

Rick & the Gang at Old West were professional, fast & gave awesome customer service! The house looked great after, all mess was cleaned up & taken away. They even fit us in quickly to install the 2nd half of the windows after Durabuilt made a mistake. Also impressed with the fact that I thought we were going to be freezing in the house when they were installing the windows (it was snowing!). We weren't freezing - they were quick & efficient!

I can see clearly now thanks to Old West and the Window Gang! We had all the windows and doors in our home replaced. The windows were replaced in May and the doors were done today -- even the rain cooperated and stayed away! Rick, Cory and the whole crew provided quality service from start to finish. Our home is 35 years old. The windows are big and some of them were in poor condition due to some water seepage. At one point, I felt like I was in a Mike Holmes episode -- six guys running around my house, saws singing, hammers banging & oh my! ... there's rotten wood (see photo)!! It was a bit scary, but the result is beautiful! I would highly recommend these folks, they are meticulous, work hard and know their stuff!

Excellent knowledge of window installation. Very good people to deal with right from the quote to the installation. I did 3 quotes for windows and they were not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for :) I would not hesitate to recommend them. They left my home clean and were very thorough. Good trustworthy people!

Rick was recommended from a friend (probably the most fussy person we know) so we had him quote the windows. His quote was very reasonable so we started with the basement windows first as we needed the concrete cut and along the way made several changes which required a requote. Rick was very easy to deal with and accommadating to ensure we got what we wanted. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and personable and did an excellent job. The invoice was exactly as quoted. We will be getting the rest of the windows done in the next year and will definately be using Old West Windows & Doors

We picked Rick's company to change our windows and patio door this spring. He gave us the best price, quality and service. We already recommended him to our neighbours:)) (proof of a job well done!)

We had nailed shut the windows in our 1950's bungalow in Thorncliffe and suffered through a number of summers in a roasting hot house! This past fall, we replaced all of the windows in our house with Old West (which was a fabulous experience) and yesterday was our first day with cross breezes!

Old West's team was exceptional - very professional, courteous, and the quote we received was very reasonable (much less than we had anticipated). We are very pleased with the service and product we received from Old West and would recommend them highly for any renovation project!

We hired Old West to do our windows & patio project , Ric and his company were really professional and trustworthy especially since I happened to be ill and being treated in the hospital at the time. Great work! Will certainly recommend to others.
