Old West Windows And Doors Ltd No Longer In Business

We had 7 windows replaced in Feb of 2013. We had consultations and quotes from 2 other companies and Old West gave us the lowest price. The consultation process was professional and efficient. Rick was very attentive and patient. We had read a lot of great reviews of Old West so we had high expectations. Remarkably our expectations were exceeded. The installation process was fast, efficient and clean. The installation guys were incredibly respectful in our home, doing things like suggesting we take down certain hanging pictures that may fall when installing the windows, things that we did not think of. They vacuumed up after they were finished and left our home clean and orderly when they were done. The windows look great. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, highly recommended.

In December we had two windows replaced in the bedroom. Initial consult was prompt, helpful, and accurately described what was required to replace the existing windows. Installation crew worked efficiently, cleaned up well, and was very courteous.

Old West was fabulous. First, they were the only company that could find the kind of door I wanted in a 32". Second, they went above and beyond on the installation, reinstalling my door knocker, rewiring the alarm for the door, and carefully removing the existing moldings because I wanted to reuse them. Their sales and support staff were also great. Recommended all round.

I had all the windows and doors replaced in my home. The crew was courteous and clean. The end result is fantastic and has completely transformed my 25 year old house. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows and doors.

Had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced in only 2 days -- on the first day they worked through lunch! From the get-go I was very impressed with Rick. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining the process in detail. He provided a quote within two days and followed up to see if I had any questions. Cory and his crew were very professional, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond expectations! They noticed that there was an imperfection on the new window screen and immediately contacted Jeldwen to have someone fix it. Loved that Old West provided an optional "one stop service" by arranging to have someone paint the trims and buy and install a storm door; something that other companies did not offer and something that I did not have time to do/arrange myself. Job well done, thank you so much. Our house is so much warmer now!

I have read great reviews about Old West Windows & Doors and that helped me in choosing them for completing my back door replacement. Rick came out and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had as well as sent my quote to me within a day. The work was done quickly and beyond my satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up, it was as if they were not even there. I cannot stress how great this company is to deal with. This was one of the most stress free experiences in home improvements that I have had, thank you again!

Rick came out to do a quote on our windows and patio door, he was very professional and knowledgeable and we actually paid what he quoted, there were no hidden fees or extra costs. Cory and his crew did a very good job of installing them and you wouldn't even have known they were there, as they left our house in the same condition when they started, maybe even a little cleaner ;) I would definitely recommend them to anybody, including my mother :)

Excellent from the get go. When considering the windows, Rick responded to my questions promptly each time I emailed him and came to the house more than once to measure and re-meaaure. He is very knowlegeable and very patient. This is a family run business so while Rick evaluates the home and orders the windows his son Cory and crew installed the windows. They showed up on time each day and worked hard and completed the job on time. Cory spent an entire day building the box to support my new Bay Window and matched the exterior of my home while using the same wood (cedar), and design. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very pleasant always willing to stop and answere our questions.

I found Old West online through searching for a company who installs windows with the highest reviews. I got in touch with Old West and Rick Whatley came by to give me a free estimate a few days later. He responded to my emails and questions in a timely manner and was very professional. The crew who installed our window was awesome! They were both very friendly and professional. Clean up is part of their service but I was pleasantly surprised to see they did a bit extra. They even rinsed my walkway and grass since it was muddy due to rain the night before. My new window looks great and if I ever need a new window or door installed, I will definitely go to Old West again!
