M&R Roofing

After receiving many positive recommendations from neighbours,we called M&R and got a prompt and professional quote. The crew was clearly well trained and the quality of the work was excellent. I can see why so many of my neighbours recommended them, and now we will too.

Matt was the foreman of the flat roof crew. His crew worked very hard in the hot weather until after 8 pm. The roof structure was messed up by my previous contractor and had to be rebuilt. This extended the job by one day. Matt had to finish the parapets the next day by himself. I watched him work and he was very meticulous and neat in his work. It was obvious that the pride in doing excellent work was more important than cutting a few corners and rushing off to the next job which had been delayed by my job. Even the sheet metal contractor who came last (not related to M and R) commented on how good the roof looked. M and R is not the cheapest contractor but they are the best roofers I have used.

Efficient, honest, reliable and hard-working! Mark came by promptly to give me a quote that was very reasonable and was quick to respond to any questions/concerns that I had. Marcin & his crew shingled both roofs in one day! He made sure everything was done properly & safely, with safety signage in place to warn pedestrians. Marcin provided guidance and supervision to his crew during and towards the completion of the job, to ensure the job was done to spec. They did leave quite a few roofing nails behind in the garage eaves troughs though, so that was the only negative point for this job. Any minor details that could not be completed that day was completed the next day. They did a professional installation, cleaned up my property thoroughly, and worked efficiently, which made me a very happy customer. I think they did a great job and do not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

We had to have our roof done on our clubhouse. Approx 5,500 sq. ft. There were a couple of delays due to weather but when the crew showed up they seemed to work non-stop. They showed up early in the morning and stayed late in the day. It took 3 days to finish. The clean up was spotless, no nails, shingle scraps etc anywhere. I highly recommend this company.

After having a leak for a second year in a row we reached out to over 15 roofers to obtain quotes for a full roof re-shingle job for both my and my neighbors house (semi-detached). Mark was one of the only companies to respond and were glad he did. They came out right away and provided a very detailed quote for the job. He went over the different shingle options in detail and made his recommendations on which to go with. Out of the 4 quotes we received M&R was the most complete and our comfort level having read the other reviews made us select them. Even thought they were extremely busy they made the time for us to get the work done ASAP so that we could proceed with our internal repairs through our insurance company. The team that came out was great. Would highly recommend and if work is needed in the future we would use them again without hesitation.

M&R was great from start to finish. A very pleasant initial chat with Marcin (one of the owners) gave me confidence in the Company. Then Mark came over to inspect the roof and provide us with an estimate. He was on time, extremely professional and very diligent. His report which came a few days later was very detailed with photos, full list of materials, itemized costs, expected timelines, etc. was amazing. These guys take their work seriously! When work time came, the crew was ontime and very polite and professional. They removed and replaced all our shingles and replaced a leaky flat roof over our front porch. I highly recommend using M&R for roofing needs and you can definitely have a lot of confidence in them.

From the beginning the level of service was great. We got a quote in a matter of days. The estimator was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and the requirements to complete the work. The contract was thorough and detailed, including pictures, with a description of all materials to be used, etc. Once the work began (we had 2 projects) the crew were friendly, diligent, and courteous. The workspace was secured for health and safety and the job site was thoroughly cleaned prior to completion. Both projects were completed efficiently and professionally. We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship.
