I got three quotes for a heat pump installation for a 3rd floor bedroom and Convertible was not only the most cost effective but were able to book an installer the same week. Roop and Josh were friendly, professional and obviously super experienced and were done start to finish in six hours. At the end of the day I was pretty amazed that I was able to go from quote to job done the same week with a company that has the track record and great reviews that Convertible has. The reviews are well earned. I'd definitely work with them again.

We have been looking to put AC into our home for a few years now but other companies were always so expensive. We saw an ad and gave a call. To our delight a two ton AC unit was within our budget. We also needed a new thermostat as the one we had was rather old. The reps that came to do the install were great,very efficient and knowledgeable. When the time comes I'll be reaching out for a new furnace and water heater.

Those guys were amazing, quick and efficient. Managed to install the AC and also answered all our questions and cleaned up afterwards. So pleased that we found this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The replacement of an old AC unit was done in a very professional and timely manner, no negative issue with the install, The AC was turned on and after about 20 minutes the unit stopped working, I called the Service Line and the installer was dispatched and the problem was a blown fuse in AC unit part of furnace.

I needed to replace my 18 years old tanked water heater, after research of pros and cons I decided to go with to tankless, the downside beside the price is hot water won't be available as fast as tanked one specially in cold weather which means waste of water and periodical flushing to remove sediments and scale buildup. the upside is last longer and less chance of leaks.
I called several companies, I decide to go with convertible. Rick installation technician gave me choices where to install and show me where external pipe would go. Installation went smooth and he explain the functionality once complete. However the sales process could improve as well as the communication with installer.
