Drytech did a great job repairing our old dilapidated vinyl deck. It was starting to peel and was stained beyond repair... The crew identified multiple rot-locations, did a thorough tear-off, repaired the weak areas, and coated it with Flexstone. It's been over a year now and the deck still looks new... A little scrub once every few months and we're laughing!

My wife and I have used Drytech Construction for various renovation projects over the years and they have always been fair and very professional. We also had our roof replaced and our sundeck re-surfaced. We got attractive products that will last a lifetime. We refer them to our family and all of our friends because of their good reputation and their 'A' rating with BBB.

If you are thinking about hiring this company to do any work on your roof...think again!

Carolyn and Ken are very unprofessional by the way they handled our dispute. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not file a complaint with the BBB – so what do they do??? They filed a builders lien against our house. Yes, contractors have the right to put a builders lien on your home when final payment is not made, but NOT while we were are negotiating the damages their crew did on our property hence no final payment made until it was resolved. Took a few long weeks, but was eventually resolved. Lien was placed against our house back in July 2008. It’s now July 2011 and we just found out they did this. We called Drytech and asked to speak to Carolyn who was unavailable at the time. She didn’t even have the balls to return our call but instead had her flunky do her dirty work!

drytech construction came initially after a first frost, they put first coat on top of frost, returned in spring and put a second coat on to a wet deck. they sealed water inside of the deck. the new wood rotted from the inside. we notified them and they came and charged us for more work. they replaced the entire deck and did the job properly with all kinds backseat driving. their product is supposed to be self leveling. the crew seemed not to understand the nature of the product and perhaps were unable to install the product correctly. i should of gone with duradeck the first time around.
