I was referred to this company by Gasland for servicing our Napoleon fireplaces (two). I have had servicing by different companies in the past but none of them cleaned the fireplace as thoroughly as Alex did. He arrived as scheduled and it took just over an hour to clean and service two fireplaces including replacing the wall switches. Alex was both friendly and professional.

Our fireplace had repairs to be done quick. Called them and next day, boom there they are. Fast and Easy, really professional. Could not complain more. I was very pleased with there service,

Alex was very pleasant , came the next day, work was done in a quick and professional manner . besides repairing the fireplace he vacuumed and cleaned the glass as well, and also found a part that was installed by a different company and was a fire hazard for us because it was meant for furnaces and for fireplaces. In general we was very pleased with his service.

Our gas fireplace has been problematic for some years now. We had another technician in about a year back and he didn't really help the issue too much. I called Alex last night, left a message, he promptly called back and came over today to help us. He arrived early, quickly identified the issue, fixed it, gave the system a much more thorough cleaning than the last guy and then charged us less than his estimate. Even though this included a repair and cleaning he actually charged us less than a normal cleaning would have cost. I will definitely be calling Alex for any future gas work I need done and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Cheers.

We would highly recommend A&B Techical Services for gas fireplace repair, maintenance or gas fitter for a bbq. They always do a great job servicing our fireplace and did a great job installing a gas line for our bbq. Our neighbour had an emergency in the middle of summer with her gas fireplace, it would not shut off no matter what. We called A&B Technical at 7pm and they came right over, fixed the problem and did not overcharge for the emergency. Alex is very knowledgeable, reliable and the prices are quite reasonable.
