Canuck installed a furnace package including furnace, humidifier, condensate pump, electronic air filter and new wifi thermostat. First off, the furnace was undersized when we advised that past furnaces needed to be a certain size. Then it needed to be replaced with a larger unit. Several times, Gord, the owner, promised us a 'turn-over package' that would include all manuals and any other pertinent information. We have made multiple requests in person, writing, text with absolutely no response or manuals being provided. We now regret ever using Canuck because if this is their form of customer service after the fact, we would sure not like to get into a service situation with them. We do not recommend using Canuck Plumbing and Heating.

Gord and his employees are courteous and respectful. Have used them multiple times and the work is always well done and at a reasonable price. Just had them install an AC unit in the middle of a heatwave, love the (now) cool house!

My furnace conked out in the middle of the night. Canuck arrived after an initial phone call, examined the furnace and we discussed all options as Covid and supply chains were an issue.
Until the next day when a new furnace could be obtained and installed the company set me up with numerous space heaters which helped.
I appreciated their prompt and professional service.

Sometimes our toilets will get clogged from time to time. I usually use an unclogger to get it drained. Couple weeks ago, I could not get it unclogged. I called Canuck Plumbing and they seemed to offer the best price for the service. They came over to my house and within an hour, the toilet pipe was cleared and my toilet was usable again. They offer good customer support and will take care of you.

I was given the name of this company by a neighbour so had no idea what they would be like. They came out the same day which was nice (my sink was still draining slowly so I didn't really need this speedy servie). This company provided very professional, courteous service. The plumber removed the clog and then cleaned out the lines to help prevent any reoccurrence. My only compalint - I found the service was a bit pricy - had to pay a $69.00 dispatch charge.. I would recommend Canuk Plumbing to other and will use them again but I will try to get the despatch charge waived!
