My husband and I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service, professionalism and your meticulous attention to detail while doing our house inspection. You were very flexible and accommodating to our tight schedule and we appreciated that. This was the first time we bought a resale property and we were a little nervous, but after going through the entire house (inside and out) with you and discovering some problems, we were able to knock thousands of dollars off of the purchase price. Also, I must mention that the picture CD that you included documenting the problems that you discovered was very helpful along with the detailed report that included suggestions on how to fix the problems, which gave us a game plan as to what we need to do in the future, along with an estimate of how much it will cost us. Also I must mention and thank you, because although our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, you came an hour earlier and got a jump start on inspecting the roof and windows, which helped us out tremendously as we were on a tight schedule, having to close the deal by 5:00pm that day. If I ever purchase another home I will only be calling you to do the home inspection and I will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends and family. I hired Don from Peace of Mind Home Inspections to inspect a 2 bedroom condo I was purchasing in North York. Don was very detail oriented, diligently went through every single item on the checklist, pointed out a number of places where the builder (in this case Tridel) cut corners or used cheap parts, and even recommended a few best practices for maintaining the unit. I could not be happier with the service Don provided.

Don was early started working as soon as he arrived. He explained everything really well, documented everything in his report and took pictures of all the things we needed. I used Don for my 30 day Tarion Inspection. Overall Don was great. Lots of flexibility when scheduling a home inspection. Knowledgeable and provided tips for home maintenance. He also provides many photos that can be submitted to Tarion

Don won me over from the very beginning by his prompt reply to my request for a home inspection. I had completed the home deal very late into the night and had gone into homestars requesting a home inspection for the next day. He replied with 2 offers for times. He was very prompt to the house at the appointed time and proceded to perform a thorough job of inspection. I would recommend Don again. I am pleased to receive a hardcopy of the report in the mail. The findings of the home inspection were absolutely critical. The recommended fixes were submitted to the current home owners and later accepted. I'm very happy with the whole process.
