Avalanche Plumbing and Appliances

I had a very strange malfunction of my KitchenAid fridge. I couldn't find any help online, neither on the manufacturer's website nor on forums. KitchenAid troubleshooting didn't help either. These guys figured this out. It took more than one visit (the first replacement circuit board didn't do the trick), but then they got the other part and finished their work NOT charging for any diagnostic time after the first visit. Very professional service, nice attitude.

Avalanche was dispatched to our home by KitchenAid to repair our dishwasher which had developed an internal leak. I was able to send a video of the problem to their office and avoid a diagnostic visit. The technician arrived on-time, was polite, promptly confirmed the problem and replaced the entire lower wash control system in under an hour. However, the technician did not bring extra towels with him and I had to do a bit of clean-up afterwards.

Had some issues with a new water tank that were supposedly going to be taken care of. Mysterious charges then appear 6 weeks later on VISA. No response from Avalanche Management.

Don't trust them!

Central ac unit stopped working a friend of mine recommended avalanche plumbing and appliance. I called and within a couple hours a techncame to my house to diagnose the issue he then ordered the part needed for the repair it came in the next day he returned and repaired my central air unit. I would only hire avalanche i trust them and they do great work

So impressed with these guys! I have used them 3 time now and each time great service.
New AC installed last summer after another company told me it was too much work and over quoted the job – Avalanche installed it with ease for a very good price!
They repaired my Gas Range in the fall – Great job again!
And most recently saved the day when my fridge stopped cooling just before a big even in our home.

Great service company and the repair man knew exactly what the problem was with the machine and had it fix in just under 1 hour! would recommend these guys to everyone!! A++ Bryan Williams

Company took over 3 months to correctly order a part for my appliance. When the repair guy came he acted like he knew a little more about fixing the appliance than I did, they charged me a diagnostic fee when they didnt even diagnose anything. The appliance was still not fixed when the guy left so they ordered another part (that was not needed), came to my house again and realized it was the wrong part. They came back about 2 weeks later, installed this part and it did not fix the appliance again (because it was not needed) but they still charged me fully for the labor and part even after they specified in an email that if it did not fix the problem I would not be charged. Overall horrible customer service, a dishonest company. Would be better off going somewhere else.

We have used avalanche plumbing & Appliance for over 8 years for all are house hold appliance and plumbing issues and have always had great service. I would recommend this company too anyone looking for appliance repair or plumbing.

Do not use this company. They have come out twice to "fix" my dryer and it is making more noise now then when I originally called Whirlpool. I do not recommend them

Over the past four years I have completed an extensive renovation. I used Avalanche for all of mechanical and pluming:nstall hydronic heating,rework mechanical room,new hot water heater,forced air furnace/AC,humidifier,water softener,all applicances,toliets/facets,custom steam shower...All of this work was completed to a very high standard and everything works perfectly.I found Avalanche to be knowledgeable,hardworking and honest and I would highly recommend them for any job:big or small.
