Aro Plumbing & Heating

I had a technician out to replace our 30 gallon hot water tank and he was very informative. He assessed the situation and immediately went to work. He finished the job in a fashionable amount of time. The bill was a little expensive for my liking but he told us all prices up front and have us our seniors discount as promised.

This is by far the WORST company we have ever dealt with - hence my BBB complaint. They are so unprofessional, their plumbers are grossly under qualified, if you can even get a journeyman which I don't think they employ. This guy came to our house to auger the kitchen sink, which was replaced by them the year previous with a new garburator - no trap installed. Spends 2 hours trying to auger when he says he will need to start cutting walls - all on a Sunday night mind you. Could not located his auger in the wall and required my husbands assistance. He had no idea what he was doing, two days later guess what the sink is leaking from the pipes. They come out claim it has nothing to do with them and charged my parents another $250.00. My parents are lovely trusting senior citizens, one more day goes by and the sinks leaking again. Total insanity, there is no management willing to speak to you and the call centre employees are beyond rude and probably have to spend their days fielding tons of complaints and angry customers.

This business has been terrible to deal with. We had them fix the furnace in the workshop at my Dad's house. The work was completed but the furnace unit had issues and stopped working within a week. Since then we have setup 6 different service calls to have the tech back out to look at the issue. So far in those 6 separate scheduled calls the tech has not shown up once. Each time an excuse is given, another job is taking longer than we thought, tech is sick today, we over booked the jobs ect. We have literally wasted hours waiting for these people and they never bother to come. They also rarely even bother to call to say they are running late or can't make it at all. I would highly recommend you do not use this company for any services.
