Plumber/pipefitter Alex did an excellent job in spring of 2015 replacing of bathtub tap and fixture. Reasonable price good quality work. He showed up when ARO said he would and did the work we asked for.
Tried to rehire ARO again in January 2016, appointment time changed 4 times over a 48 hour period ending with no plumber ever showing up.
Sad to see a company go from good to horrible...

Everything went good with the survive I got from this company. The guys were excellent, knowledgable and explained everything. They retrofitted my furnace, rewired it and installed a new motor and gas module.

Kevin and Dylan the plumbers from ARO were polite, knowledgable and prompt in thier replacement of my hot water tank and re-pipe of my water system. They also disposed of the old tank and explained how everything worked.

Had ARO come out on Boxing Day to fix my furnace. The tech Dylan got the furnace running quickly but said more parts were required and unavailable over the holidays. Once he found them an appointment was arranged and he arrived and replaced the parts. Very friendly guy, and very professional. His apprentice Kevin, also had similar qualities. Would definitely recommend to any one who needs work done efficiently and professionally
