About two years ago, this company entirely stopped sending my family and I invoices. We continued to go to the bank with an old bill and pay bi-monthly as we were instructed, even though we did not receive a bill for over two years, we continued to try and do our part. They changed their billing cycle - WITHOUT NOTIFYING US - to monthly, from bi-monthly, and now are claiming that we owe them nearly $200 in outstanding balances. This company has some of the worst, most aggressive, incompetent and viciously rude "customer service representatives" I and my family have ever had the misfortune of dealing with at any time throughout our lives. They are unhelpful and mean-spirited. Never, NEVER sign a contract with Sandpiper! NEVER!
