I got home late, it was 7:30pm and i discovered my fridge wasn't working. It was important to get it repaired as we were just about to leave for holidays. I called Ben who said that they could fix it that night. (I was thrilled!)
Ben's serviceman Yair was just finishing up in the west end and headed over right away to our midtown home. He had a 30 minute drive and called on his way to let me know his progress. I described the fridge problem on the phone-GE Profile not cooling. Right away he knew the what the issue was, said he had the part and there was not a problem with anything. We had a previous repair from another company which was 'jerry-rigged'. Yair investigated to ensure his suspicion was correct, had the part, provided a less than market price for it and within 30 minutes, it was done. He was friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, confident and a really nice young man. He even swept behind the fridge. This is the company you need to call for any repair and be sure to ask for Yair!
It is unbelievable to me that I can call a company with an appliance problem at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night and by 9:00 it's fixed! No waiting and problem fixed on the spot without delay or a second trip for parts. So impressed.
My first call was to another company on this website that came up first. Left a message with them but my fridge was fixed and that is long before I'm likely to get a call back from the other guy.
