Bc Coastal Energy

Doesn't seem like the company exists anymore post-install. We tried to call them 2016 for a new filter and 2017 for a refrigerant line leak and now again, our heat pump doesnt run, and its 2019. They dont return calls, their website seems broken, all their social media feeds seem to have stopped 2016. They are not accredited as per the BBB....they also did not register us for the warranty, which they said they would so we were out of pocket for warranty type of repairs. Really weird company, dont deal with them!
