Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He came, assessed the issue, provided a solution and was able to fix everything quickly and for a great price. Maple heating help me a lot. I got stuck without hot water and I have three small children.I call different companies and they told me I have to wait up to seven days .I call Mark and we do a video conference so I can show whats wrong . The problem was my water tank was 20 years old and corroded from the bottom as well The best of all of it he didnt even try to sell me a new tank. He just told me if I can get new tank and hes just gonna come the same day to install it for and he did it I follow his instruction. He save me the money thank you Mark

Mark is professional and his workmanship speaks for itself. Having inherited an old gas furnace, we called Mark to help diagnose an issue with an inefficient burn. Unlike the installation company, before even attending, Mark spent a great deal of time on the phone with me patiently explaining and diagnosing the potential issue(s).

After the installation company refused to attend, despite being on warranty, Mark attended and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also identified numerous piping installation errors which he quickly rectified.

Mark has become my family's "Go-To" for all HVAC matters. Can't recommend him enough!

I called Mark from Maple Heating because my furnace stopped working. It has been the coldest winter ever and with a small family I could not have my furnace shut down. When I called him he asked me several questions on the phone to get a better idea what the problem might be. He asked me to take a picture of my furnace and send it to him so he can purchase the right part for my furnace. Mark showed up on time and was very skilled with his tools. He wore boot covers to keep my house clean. He had the correct part and materials needed to replace my venter motor. Mark had my furnace working within 20 minutes and he only charged me $80.00 which is the same price he quoted me on the phone.

I was looking for a Gas Fitter here on Homestars.ca for a new Laundry Machine that we purchased. While I did find someone here, who was rated highly, when I spoke to them, they recommended someone physically closer, Maple Heating.

Marc arrived, donned slippers over his boots (much appreciated) and proceeded to deliver exceptional service. The existed connection was tested for leaks, removed from the old gas dryer, and installed on the new gas dryer. Upon completion, in my opinion, the dryer was too far from the wall, so Marc simply redid the connection, a little different, to position the dryer closer to the wall. No change in price. Further, Marc took a few minutes to explain that gas dryers need "combustible air", so the door to the laundry room should be left open during operation. Thanks for the tip.

While he was here, I asked if he would look at our furnace regarding the combustible air tip he shared, and he stated the same thing. Since our basement is renovated, the doors to the Furnace room should be left open, or for $350 we could consider getting a combustible air line from the outside air to the furnace to ensure our furnace could operate effectively.
