After possibly smelling gas in the house, we called Enbridge and they immediately sent someone to examine the situation. Instead of giving us any idea of what might be the cause or whether there was even an actual gas leak, we were promptly given a warning tag and our gas supply was shut off. In a panic, I immediately searched for someone who could help right away. From the moment I spoke with Doug, I knew that he was the right person for the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring, upfront about possible costs and labour involved and luckily, could come the next day. When he arrived, he was thorough and walked me through his process and what the problems were and what was fine. In the end, he was able to fix the gas leak and brought everything up to code. I'm glad that I found Doug to help rectify the problems in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended and extremely fair price.

Doug was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable; he knew budget was a concern and offered us couple of options and did his best to minimize costs without compromising safety. After installation, he did a thorough check and safety inspection and also explained and reviewed operation of the stove with us.

I called Doug because of a leak in the gas line that connected to my gas fireplace. He located the leak like a bloodhound considering that the line was located inside the basement ceiling all sealed up by drywall. He explained to me clearly what needed to be done which involved making a hole in the drywall to access the leak. I was reluctant at first since it involved damaging the drywall but there was no other choice. I was surprised on how small the hole was for him to access the leak, repair the leak(s) completely & pressure test it to ensure safety. In other words, I am so happy with the job that he made and I am ready to reclaim my warm spot in the basement this coming winter. Aside from being knowledgeable & professional, his pricing is very reasonable & he is very polite & courteous. I feel very comfortable working with him and would recommend him anytime, anywhere.

I called Doug late Thursday afternoon and he was at my house first thing Saturday morning. He took the time to explain what he was doing and all of the safety and legal requirements, and emailed me my official receipt the very next day. Doug did a great job and I also appreciated the tips he gave regarding other gas appliances in the house.

Doug came in early in the morning on a Saturday and installed my gas range. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that has to do with a gas range as well as any contingency plans associated with potential gas leaks.

He is also inhumanly strong apparently. He lifted a Bluestar range with one hand to level it. I am not weak myself, but I could not do that.
