The day I received the quote for my windows I was impressed with how organized and professional the consultant was and I thought this is going to be expensive but I was surprisingly happy with the quoted price so I didn't hesitate to order right away. The next day the installer was already at my house to take measurements. He was patient and took his time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. He said it would take one month to receive the new windows and doors
and it was exactly that, I didn't have to wait longer, my new windows were installed as expected. I am extremely satisfied with the looks and the quality of my windows and doors. We got several quotes from different companies that were all pretty close to each other in price. I went with New Look because their sales rep Eddy is a real straight shooter, and I liked his design sense. Having never installed windows and doors before, I wasn't sure what I was doing.
