New Look replaced all of our windows on time and without any issues. Alex provided a competitive quote and the friendly installation crew arrived earlier than expected on installation day.
What was suppose to be a 2 day job was one only as they stayed late to complete the work.
The clean up was good.

We desperately need a new front door. I had worked with Eddy to replace all our house windows, which we love. So we knew he was the guy to go to for our door. And we couldn't be happier. We didn't want your typical white or brown, and wanted to add a splash of colour! We went blue and LOVE it. The installers were friendly, hardworking gentlemen and left no mess behind. New Look Windows and Doors replaced our old back door and screen and we were very happy with the result. They came this year to replace our front door and screen. We had some difficulties with the phantom screen so I phoned Alex to let him know. Later that day, Roman came and solved the problems. They are very professional do an excellent job. Problems are dealt with quickly. Both Alex and Roman are great to work with. I definitely would recommend their service. When we need to replace our windows I will give them a call.

Alex, New Look's manager, came to our house several times to discuss the replacement of windows. He was very prompt in responding to any messages or questions we had. Oleg and his crew worked very methodically and efficiently when they came to install the windows in 2022 and 2023. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards very nicely. He came the next day also to fix some things we noticed. All in all, great service!!!
