Stylus Made to Order Sofas

Giana sofa,
Bench seat is feather filled with no rape except the cotton case. It's hard and noisy and very uncomfortable. The whole bench seat fabric wrinkles and looks terrible.

My Fresno power recliner after 6 months shows wear or better still the color is peeling were my back contacts the leather was told my body oil or hair is causing the finish to wear off. I call bull as i always wear a shirt and none of my clothing have oil stains.now they will not do anything and was told not to call Stylus ever again REALLY

We bought a Stylus sectional sofa for over $4,000 about a year ago from Ashley Furniture in Victoria and it started sagging in the lounge area after 6 months of daily use. Now both the back cushion and the lounge cushion are sagging badly. Unbelievable for such an expensive sofa! We are extremely disappointed and I dont want this to happen to anyone else, so if you think these sofas look good, they appear to be made with really poor quality foam, so I would take your hard earned money and buy from another furniture manufacturer.

The company resolved the issue to my satisfaction. They responded to the local dealer. The replacement couch will be recieved in the next few weeks

I bought my first Stylus sofa and chair 6 years ago, for my living room and now I am buying my second sofa for my basement from "Tora home design". Very pleased with my CANADIAN MADE sofa and chair. The construction and fabrics used are of high quality and will last forever.

Bought a large leather sectional couches 4 years ago. We were moving and in transport one of the couches fell from the moving truck and cracked the frame. (Up until then they were in perfect condition) With out question stylus fixed the problem! They're staff was great and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends.

I bought both these stylus orders from different locations but contacted stylus directly with concerns , Rude staff , indifferent and a pass the buck attitude . Fabric looks horrible after 6 months as well as poor quality of cushions and overall aged look to these fairly new and well cared for couches . It is my worst purchase to date . I try to buy from local businesses but I will be selling this garbage on craigslist for hlf price and shopping at a high end foreign store with quality products and pleasant staff. I regret my purchases from Stylus .

I have no complaints about the quality of the structure of the sofa set we bought. However, the 'leather' is bycast leather and it starts to peel after 2 years. Would not recommend.

Purchased a Stylus leather sofa a number of years ago but expected a longer life considering the cost. Leather is pulling away and looks terrible and needs replacing sooner then expected. Do not buy.

After searching every furniture store on United Blvd & around town & looking to custom order from Toronto or US manufacturers, a designer put is onto Stylus Made to Order Sofas. A designer's pass is required to enter showroom. Stylus has hundreds of fabrics to select from & full line of designs, sizes of chairs & sofas and customize depth of sofa deck, cushion firmness etc. We ordered two apartment size love seats in upgraded fabric. The agreed upon delivery time was met. We are thrilled with the quality of construction & know these are a "life time" purchase.
You cannot direct order - must go through designer or custom furniture store (EG. Valley Direct). There are no "price lists" shared at factory but we found prices were competitive or better than most quality furniture stores we checked out. For unique & quality upholstered furniture we would return to Stylus.
