Enerstar was out the next day to install a humidifier. Job was completed quickly and professionally. The unit seemed to be working as expected. Reasonably priced for the job. Following the install I made a couple of calls to Enerstar as I had some questions with the operation/settings of the unit. They never did call me back. It would have been a 60 second conversation. Lacking after sales support.

Saw an ad in the Money Saver and called these guys up. They gave me a slot the next week and showed up on time and did the work. The surprise was that the cost was as advertised however there are rebates to come. So the 6K shown above will have to be reduced as I will get money back from the grants programs that are going on. They did have to come back the next day to adjust the air flow for the AC but they were once again prompt and provided appropriate service.
