This is to advise you that we had retained Mr. Carlous Smith and his team to renovate our residence kitchen in Oakville, Ontario. The job primarily involved taking down two walls, rerouting HVAC, flooring (with ceramic tiles), painting the kitchen, family room, hallway and dining room and refinishing the ceiling (kitchen, family room, hallway and powder room) , and installing new baseboard trim on the entire first floor. The job was professionally finished in the stipulated time as per the contract. He kept the place clean all the time.

Mr.Smith has a good demeanor and looks after his clients well. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
