I recently moved to Canada and i needed a bedroom, so i went to Sleep Guide Mattress and with Carlos Telheiro i had the best costumer service ever! I bought the bed and mattress, also dinning table with chairs and he was impecable. Not only delivered but also helped us instaling everything. Really good quality products, i highly recomend.

I had to find two mattresses for my sons bunk bed. I soon realized that I did not have a lot of money. I went to the Sleep Guide Mattress where Carlos Telheiro make several suggestions to me to save money as well as pointed out the difference in prices for a good sleep. That same night I purchased mattresses for the bunk bed. He delivered and setup not only the mattresses but also fixed the unfinished bunk bed set up which the movers failed to do. That is true customer service indeed.

Over the telephone he made recommendations and actually sold me a mattress. Not only did he find a suitable mattress, he found it, sold it, delivered it and set it up.

He is also patient as he stood there and never seemed annoyed by our many questions. He recommended a mattress that was actually well below what we said we were willing to spend. Great customer service. I usually don't do reviews, but Carlos definitely deserves it. VERY HELPFUL. the prices were so low that you don't need to bargain. I got same day delivery, which was more than i could ask for. He then also helped me carry the mattress to the room which i thought was very kind.
